AUDIT PUBLICATION STATEMENT

An audit of the affairs of School Districts Number 12A and 12B, Phillips County, Saco, Montana has been conducted by CHMS, P.C. The audit covered the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015. The audit also covered the Extracurricular Fund for pupil functions which is included in the financial statements of the District. A copy of the audit report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015 is on file in its entirety and open to public inspection at the school office. The District will supply a copy of the audit report to any interested person upon request.

Phillips County, P.O. Box 360, Malta, MT 59538, 406-654-2429, submitted an application to the DEQ Opencut Mining Program for a 11.0-acre mine permit for the Anderson 2 Site in Section 25, T31N, R30E, in Phillips County. Access to the site is from O’Brien Road. Operator will strip soil material for reclamation, excavate up to 200,000 cubic yards of gravel, process it with a crusher, and reclaim the disturbed area to grassland. Estimated date of final reclamation is 11/2026. The application and a map are posted at http://searchopencutpermits.mt.gov/.
