Malta FCCLA Dinner

12-15. Malta FCCLA Christmas Dinner will be on Thursday, December 15 at 5:30 p.m.

Malta High School

12-15. Malta High School Band and Choir will be on Thursday, December 15 at 7 p.m.

Dodson Schools

12-15. Dodson Public School’s Christmas Program on Thursday, December 15 TBD.

12-19. Malta Elementary School Concert will be on Monday, December 19 at 5:30 p.m.

Saco Schools

12-19. The Saco Schools Christmas Concert will be held on Monday, December 19 starting at 7 p.m.

Malta Landfill closed on weekend

Effective Immediately the City Landfill will no longer be open on Saturdays. The City Landfill will be open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Blood Drive

American Legion Auxiliary

12-1. The Malta American Legion Auxiliary will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, December 1, starting at 5p.m. at the VFW Club.

Book Discussion

12-8. The Book Discussion Group will meet on Thursday, December 8, at 7 p.m. to visit about the book, Behind Every Man: The Story of Nancy Cooper Russell”. There are copies available at the library.

Little White Church Christmas Bazaar

12-3. The Little White Church Christmas Bazaar Chicken and Dinner Biscuit Dinner will be on Saturday, December 3 from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Kiwanis Meeting

12-6. Malta Kiwanis will meet on Tuesday, December 6 at 6 p.m. at Westside Cafe. We will finish planning for the MHS speech meet on 12/10 and our project to take children Christmas shopping.

PhillCo General Membership Meeting

12-8. PhillCo General Membership Meeting at Noon on Thursday, December 8 at the Westside Café. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Phillips County Airport Authority Meeting

12-13. On Tuesday, December 13, the Phillips County Airport Authority meeting will be held at the Great Northern starting at 7:30 p.m. For more information, contact Lonnie at 654-2374.

MT Veteran Affairs

12-15. On Thursday, December 15, Judy or Steve, service officers for Montana Veteran Affairs, will be at Malta City Hall from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. If you would like to apply for benefits with the VA please come at the appointed time and bring a copy of your discharge/separation (DD214) papers with you.
