A total of 15 4-H members participated in the 4-H Livestock and 17 members participating in the Miscellaneous Judging on November 6th at the Pavilion in Malta. Youth judged livestock classes of replacement heifers (provided by Hinman Angus), breeding ewes (Barb Wiebe), ewe lambs (Linda Poole), Wool (MSU), bred cows, market swine and chickens (Marcus, Kendra and Kayden Green). They then participated in miscellaneous judging with cameras, breads, bread machines, socks, hats and tools. Thanks to our judges, Dale Veseth and Marko Manoukian. Thanks to the Rough Riders and Big Sky Builders 4-H clubs for hosting the event, the helpers and trophy sponsors that made the events possible. All youth did an amazing job with only one point separating them at times.
