Pastor Wisher is in Arizona on a reservation doing church business.

North 40 Café is planning on a Halloween Party on October 31. There will be games, bingo and food.

Halloween is milder than in the past. When I went to school, they tipped over toilets! Bad deal. Tipping over toilets was not a good joke as no one had indoor plumbing then.

The Dunbar Brothers sold their cattle at the Glasgow Auction Sale recently. Hope prices were good there and everywhere.

Whitewater Lutheran Church will hold a potluck on Sunday, November 13 at the church. A council meeting of Whitewater and Malta will follow.

Cattle trucks are going through town. At night, trucks are lit up like Christmas lights. The cattle bawl constantly…poor cows.

Years ago, livestock was shipped by train. Things change.
