Please be advised the Phillips Co Sheriff’s Office is no longer doing GVW Term or Trip permits. These are the yearly and 3-day permits for the over-width/height/weight that most semi trucks and trailers need. You can access these permits by going to http://www.mdt.mt.gov, then go to Doing Business-Commercial Motor Carriers-Permitting. Or you can call 406-444-7262, with ques-tions.

5:04 p.m. Several calls received reporting power outages at residences on the east and west sides of Central Ave, along with MHS; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy.
6:22 p.m. Dropped 911 received from a Dodson residence; PCSO Dispatch called the number back and all was okay.
6:30 p.m. 911 received requesting an intoxicated and belligerent female be removed from a Dodson residence; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.
7:04 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Kristmas Killeagle, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Probation Violation, Partner/Family Member Assault and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges; female later transported to Valley Co Detention Center.
7:55 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/cow accident on Hwy 2, west of Dodson; Deputy, Ft Belknap LE, Malta & Ft Belknap Ambulance, Malta Fire Dept and MHP Trooper responded to the call; Malta Ambulance later canceled; case file started.
8:50 p.m. Female requested a male be removed from a Dodson residence; Deputy responded to the call; male later left on his own accord.
9:18 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on her daughter who just reported suspicious activity outside of her residence; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay and no one around the area.
9:22 p.m. McCone Co SO Deputy reported threats to a Phillips Co Judge on Facebook; Deputy handled the call; case file started.
9:27 p.m. Male filed a written complaint regarding a vehicle speeding by his residence almost every day; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driver advised.

2:52 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon until 9pm tonight.
2:19 p.m. Male reported a train blocking a railroad crossing; information passed onto BNSF Police.
9:01 p.m. Deputy assisted a disabled vehicle with changing a flat tire on Hwy 2, east of Malta.
9:19 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory has expired.
9:57 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

12:44 p.m. FBI requested PCSO assistance with an investigation involving a juvenile; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
1:18 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
5:24 p.m. Local business requested an ambulance for a customer with low blood sugar and keeps passing out; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
8:24 p.m. Alarm Central reported a commercial fire alarm sounding at a local business; all found to be okay, just a false alarm.
10:09 p.m. Deputy performed a security checks in the Dodson area.

1:10 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.
2:44 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 10am until 8pm tonight.
2:54 a.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a male sleeping in his vehicle alongside of Hwy 2; all found to be okay, just resting.
10:47 a.m. Female reported a possibly missing male; caller advised male went for a walk last night and hasn’t returned yet; Undersheriff responded to the call; male later returned to his residence and was okay.
2:00 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8pm tonight.
6:09 p.m. Male reported finding an injured colt in South Phillips Co; owner located and colt returned to its residence.
9:29 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

8:17 a.m. Male reported an injured deer near Cole Ponds; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.
1:20 p.m. Male filed a written theft report; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
2:43 p.m. Local business reported a counterfeit bill that had been received; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
4:06 p.m. Male reported an injured calf north of Saco; owner located and information passed onto Livestock Inspector.
4:13 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the Froshmore game.
5:38 p.m. Female reported a train on fire east of Dodson; Undersheriff, Deputy, local EMT Crew, Malta and Dodson Fire Depts responded to the call; Ambulance and Fire Depts canceled per Deputy as it was just an overheated axle.
10:19 p.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

4:09 a.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west of Malta; occupant given local wrecker phone numbers and one was contacted for assistance.
7:33 a.m. 911 received reporting the caller’s vehicle was on fire, on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Undersheriff, local MHP Trooper and local Fire Dept responded to the call; fire later controlled and extinguished.
8:49 a.m. Phillips Co Road Crews reported all roads were open except the Regina Road.
12:32 p.m. Female reported criminal mischief to her residence; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
1:14 p.m. Female reported a non-injury, two vehicle crash near Malta High School; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
1:41 p.m. Local business reported a suspicious vehicle parked across from their business on a daily basis; Undersheriff responded to the call; driver located and advised to move along.
3:58 p.m. 911 received reporting a smell of gas or propane in a residential area; caller later reported smell had dissipated; information passed onto MDU employee.
4:06 p.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding damage to a parked vehicle outside of her residence; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
6:39 p.m. Centralized Intake reported a possible sexual assault incident between two Phillips Co juveniles; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.
7:58 p.m. Deputy removed clothing and bedding that was pushed up against a running heater near an outdoor building in the Trafton Park area; no individual located in the area.
10:45 p.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

2:02 a.m. Deputy gave a citation for Trespassing to an individual staying in an out-building near Trafton Park.
4:12 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
6:54 a.m. Local MHP Trooper responded to the Chinook area for a vehicle/deer crash.
7:33 p.m. Local off-duty Border Patrol Agent reported possible illegal aliens at a local business; Deputy responded to the call; individuals not located.

12:03 a.m. Male reported a train blocking the Stine’s crossing for an extended amount of time; information passed onto BNSF Police; train found to be broke down and would be moved as soon as it was repaired.

4:38 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.
8:19 a.m. Two males reported a two vehicle fender/bender and had both left the location of the accident; Deputy responded to the call; white forms issued.
2:43 p.m. Deputy gave verbal warnings for loitering to several drivers of vehicles parked in a business’s parking lot during business hours.
6:42 p.m. Female reported a vehicle ran into her camper in a parking lot; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.

10:55 a.m. Reserve Deputy assisted a motorist with fixing her taillights.
11:12 a.m. Female reported the Dodson railroad crossing had been blocked for over an hour; information passed onto BNSF Police.
2:11 p.m. 911 received reporting a personal vehicle transport of a male who fell off of a semi truck and had a possible head injury; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.
2:40 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Tricton Nelson, into PCSO Jail to serve time on a Misdemeanor Probation Violation warrant.
2:42 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult female, Jerilyn Campuzano, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.
3:53 p.m. Bozeman PD requested PCSO assistance with a possible violation of a Protection Order; Deputy handled the call.
5:50 p.m. Out of state male requested a welfare check on his girlfriend who was working at a ranch in Loring; female was possibly assaulted by another male; Deputies and local Border Patrol Agents responded to the call; case file started.
6:37 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the game vs. Glasgow.
7:21 p.m. Deputies transported one adult male, Richard Piper, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on 3 Delaware Co SO Ohio warrants.
8:09 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with removing an individual from another residence; Deputy handled the call.
8:10 p.m. Male reported a vehicle swerving all over Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle later located and stopped; case file started.
8:37 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Larry Simpson, to PCSO to be incarcerated on DUI charges.
8:47 p.m. Several calls received reporting a vehicle parked close to the skate park with its lights on; Deputy responded to the call; individuals advised to leave the area.
