PCH offers year round Lab Specials

With the intent to make healthcare more accessible to our community, Phillips County Hospital is offering Self-Order Lab Specials year-round. In the past, we have accepted self-ordering in the months of May and November only. Many who have taken advantage of our program either utilize the results for drug therapy monitoring, or annually monitor their own health in one fashion or another because of family history or other reasons. Our hope is to provide more options and better access to everyone in our community.

Patients who are accustomed to coming in May and November are welcome to continue to do so, but if another time of the year works better for you, for any reason, there is now another option.

Registration and payment processes, cash up front, will remain the same. We start drawing Out Patients at 7:30 a.m. For best results fasting for eight (8) hours is recommended. You MAY drink water and take your morning meds.

Please remember PCH will not file any insurance claims or send results to your Practitioner. However, we do keep an electronic version of results in our EHR.
