October 7, 2016

9:54 p.m. Male reported a possible assault involving juveniles; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

10:57 p.m. Local business reported a suspicious person near their building; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay.

October 8, 2016

2:38 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

10:58 a.m. Local business reported she had advised an individual they were no longer allowed in the business.

11:50 a.m. 911 received reporting an individual had felt threatened by hunters who had trespassed onto the caller’s property; Deputy responded to the call; caller advised he just wanted it reported.

6:27 p.m. Male reported a possible break-in to a vehicle in the Zortman area; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, nothing taken or damage to the vehicle.

10:10 p.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

11:04 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

October 9, 2016

10:52 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Ryan Kovach, from PCSO Jail on time served and re-incarcerated him on Felony-Kidnapping, Felony-Intimidation, Misdemeanor-Partner/Family Member Assault-2nd, and Misdemeanor-Obstruction of Justice charges.

1:59 p.m. Female reported smoke coming from the Wagner dumpster; concerned as the wind was really blowing; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; found to be an unreported controlled burn by the County Road Crew and they would monitor it.

2:41 p.m. 911 received reporting a male stuck in the Missouri River Breaks and requested an individual be contacted for assistance; contact made with the individual and caller later rescued.

2:49 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from midnight until 6pm Monday for northern Phillips Co; 2-4inches of accumulation is possible.

3:19 p.m. Female reported a power outage at a residence east of Malta; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy.

6:28 p.m. Lake Co SO, California requested PCSO assistance with a death notifi-cation at a local residence; Deputy handled the call.

6:41 p.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle parked near his residence in Saco; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, was just the caller’s neighbor.

10:31 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

11:50 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an individual with high blood pressure; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

October 10, 2016

3:31 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6pm tonight for northern Phillips Co; 2-4inches of accumulation is possible.

7:48 a.m. Male reported a moose going through the water off of Hwy 2, east of Saco, and was about the cross the Hwy.

8:55 a.m. Male reported water was starting to cross over the road, north of the Saco Dehy; information passed onto County Commissioners.

2:49 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for northern Phillips Co.

3:26 p.m. Dawson Co SO requested PCSO assistance with a hunting accidental shooting that occurred in our county over the weekend; victim did not report incident in Phillips Co, waited until he returned home; Deputy responded to the call; found to have happened in North Dakota, not Montana.

4:03 p.m. Male reported possible damage to a utility box, and wires had been pulled off, outside of his residence; Deputy responded to the call; caller advised to contact his phone company.

7:33 p.m. Male requested law enforcement with an on-going marital dispute with a female; Deputy handled the call.

October 11, 2016

12:18 a.m. Local apartment complex requested extra patrol around their complex; information passed onto Deputies.

4:30 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

1:11 p.m. Hill Co SO requested PCSO assistance with an on-going investigation involving a juvenile; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

1:44 p.m. Lifeline requested a welfare check on an unresponsive medical alert at a local residence; Deputy responded to the call; individual found to be okay.

2:20 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Ryan Kovach, from PCSO Jail to be transported to Valley Co Detention Center by a Glasgow PD Officer.

3:54 p.m. Female reported a non-injury, two vehicle fender/bender, at the corner of 6th St/1st Ave West; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

4:06 p.m. Undersheriff requested a tow truck for a vehicle involved in the above accident; local rotational wrecker responded to the call.

9:38 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an elderly male who was ill in Whitewater; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

10:14 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

October 12, 2016

8:48 a.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult female, Carmen McBryde, in PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

7:08 p.m. Valley Co SO reported a male riding a bicycle on Hwy 2, westbound, towards Phillips Co; Deputy responded to the call; male not located.

October 13, 2016

3:33 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

9:18 a.m. Sheriff released one adult female, Carman McBryde, from PCSO Jail on time served.

11:27 a.m. Male reported a bicyclist weaving in and out of traffic in the downtown area; Undersheriff handled the call.
