Mavs defeat Brockton 3-0 in Hinsdale

The North Country Mavericks are now 2-1 after picking up their second victory of the season against the Brockton Warriors in Hinsdale last Saturday.

The scores were 25-9, 25-10, and 25-9, for a 3-0 sweep.

The team had a total of 17 kills, two blocks, 22 aces, 20 assists and one dig.

The team was led by Mickayla Johnson who registered nine kills. Jada Sudbrack had 11 aces and two blocks. Mia Rinoldi had 12 assists and Bailey Funk had the team's lone dig.

The team is scheduled to take on Lustre this Friday in Lustre. The team will then take off to play in the Froid-Lake Invitational on Saturday....
