Whitewater News for July 6, 2016

Sympathy to Randy Stensvick and family on the loss of his father. They went to Minnesota for the funeral.

There was a family reunion somewhere near Hinsdale for the Ozark, Ivanovitch (Sally Austin’s father’s family,) and Justin Austin’s and Calvin and Kirk Reichelt’s families attended.

Kirk is a doctor in Denver, Colo.

The above crew moved a piano into my house in Whitewater. It belonged to Janice R. and had been in storage. I will have to practice playing piano now.

There was a birthday party at the North 40 for Linda Berg. Some family from Canada attended.

Milk River Gospel Jamboree in Malta featured beautiful music with many music groups from the states and Canada.

Challise (granddaughter) and Clara Waters of Malta planned to ride the Amtrak train to Glacier Camp. There was a train derailment near Minot, N.D., so they went by car instead. They had a good time at camp anyway.

Bobby and Pat Anderson’s daughter Pam (former Whitewater High School grad) visited from the south. They all went to a family reunion in Libby, Mont.

Patty Young went to a Boots and Saddles rodeo with grandchildren. A different day Patty went to the opening of the “Skating Pond.” It was well attended with kids.

It is hard to believe that June is almost gone! Enjoy our beautiful weather while you can.
