NOTICE OF WATER RATE INCREASE AND PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 24, 2016, the City Council (the “Council”) of the City of Malta, Montana (the “City”), adopted a Resolution of Intention of the City of Malta, Montana to Modify the Basis on Which Water Rates are Charged Thereby Increasing Rates for Users of the Municipal Water System (the “Resolution”).
