Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility
Interested persons are invited to comment on the tower and antennae placement and related equipment shelters at the wireless telecommunications facility proposed to be constructed at: US-191, Loring, Phillips County, Montana, N 48 49’ 53.282”/W 107 50’ 35.796”, Sec. 31-T36N-R30E, with respect to impacts on historic properties located at or near this facility, if any. The facility will consist of 199’ SST. Comments regarding potential effects to historic properties should be submitted within 30 days of the date of this notice by mail to White Buffalo Environmental, Inc., 8908 S. Yale, Suite 210, Tulsa, OK 74137, or by calling (918)660-0999. Questions about this facility or this notice may also be directed to that address or phone number. This notice is provided in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.

Notice is hereby given that 2015 delinquent Real Estate property taxes, including penalty, interest and costs, are a lien on the property upon which the taxes are assessed. At 10 o'clock a.m. on the 15th day of July 2016, and INTEREST in the delinquent property on which taxes are delinquent will be offered for sale. The sale will take place in the Phillips County Treasurer's office, 314 S. 2nd Avenue West, Malta, Montana. If the delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and costs are not paid prior to the time of the tax lien sale, the lien will be offered for sale. If the tax lien is not sold, Phillips County will become the purchaser and a Tax Lien Certificate will be issued to Phillips County.
A complete list of the property upon which the taxes are delinquent is on file in the Office of the Phillips County Treasurer and is open to inspection.

Bids can be dropped off at the Phillips County Clerk and Recorders office until July 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with bid opening at 2:00 p.m. in the Phillips County Commissioners Office. Phillips County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

HVAC MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT-CALL FOR BIDS
Turner Public School district #43 is accepting bids for HVAC Maintenance Agreement. General maintenance includes replacing filters, inspecting and replacing belts, greasing and lubricating, cleaning, and ensuring proper operation. Contractors will be required to follow manufacturer’s Operations and Maintenance procedures. Copy of O&M manuals will be provided to the contractor prior to the first maintenance visit. Maintenance visits are to be scheduled with the school no less than one week in advance. Maintenance check sheets will be required and payments to contractor will not be released until maintenance check sheets are received. Prices quoted shall remain fixed for the duration of one year from date of acceptance.
