June 4, 2016

12:19 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:15 a.m. 911 received reporting an accident with injuries outside of Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

9:21 a.m. Deputy acted as traffic control for the runners involved in the Color Run.

9:57 a.m. Male reported a phone scam.

10:23 a.m. Deputy stopped a bicyclist on Hwy 2, east of Malta and advised the individual to not ride in the traffic lane but on the shoulder.

11:19 a.m. Deputy advised individuals to not walk on the plastic in the construction zone of the Milk River Bridge.

11:56 a.m. Female reported another female had passed away at a local residence; Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.

2:38 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PCMS dragstrip for the races.

2:43 p.m. Local Fire Dept reported to the PCMS dragstrip for the races.

3:34 p.m. Female requested assistance for another female having trouble at the Malta Depot; Deputy handled the call.

4:16 p.m. Female reported a stolen vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:28 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a death notification; Deputy, CMR Officer and local Fish & Game Warden advised of the call; individual located and information passed onto him.

5:42 p.m. Deputy advised juveniles to not use the skate park until it is finished.

6:14 p.m. 911 received reporting an erratically driving vehicle on Hwy 2, east-bound through Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located in Phillips Co; information passed onto Valley Co SO and MHP Dispatch.

June 5, 2016

1:00 a.m. Deputy received a report of a disabled vehicle on Hwy 191 south of Malta; no disabled vehicles located south of Malta.

1:17 a.m. Deputy removed a dead deer from Hwy 191 south of Malta.

9:10 a.m. Local Fire Dept reported to the PCMS dragstrip for the races.

9:24 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PCMS dragstrip for the races.

10:51 a.m. Female requested extra patrol around the skate park; information passed onto Deputies.

11:32 a.m. Male requested a Deputy visit with the driver of a vehicle speeding around the Saco area; caller refused to give any information about the car or the driver.

8:09 p.m. Male reported another male possibly buying alcohol for underage drinkers; Deputy handled the call.

8:11 p.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle in a local lot; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located at another location and was okay.

8:35 p.m. Male reported a vehicle in the canal by his residence, east of Malta; no individuals around the area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

June 6, 2016

1:34 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

10:06 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on an elderly female walking on Hwy 2; Undersheriff responded to the call; female located by businesses in Malta and was okay.

1:09 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a suicidal female in Wyoming; Undersheriff responded to the call; Gillette PD also advised of the call; female later located and was okay.

7:07 p.m. Reserve Deputy reported a vehicle out of fuel on Hwy 191 north and a tow truck was responding to assist.

9:35 p.m. Several calls received reporting a possible fire in Black Coulee south of Malta; callers advised was a reported and controlled burn.

9:38 p.m. Male requested Fire Dept assistance with his controlled burn that was now out of control; local Fire Dept responded to the call; fire later controlled and extinguished.

9:46 p.m. Female reported “hoodlums” at the Alkali fishing access off of the Wagner Hwy; Deputy responded to the call; individuals not located.

11:11 p.m. Male reported a bunch of kids in the cemetery; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay.

11:18 p.m. Male reported individuals “revving their engines” in the Trafton Park area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicles located and advised to shut it down.

June 7, 2016

4:34 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a male sitting in a vehicle outside of a business near the DY Junction; Deputy responded to the call; individual left without further incident.

5:42 a.m. Deputy received a request for a welfare check on a female in the Landusky area; female not located.

7:31 a.m. 911 received reporting a possibly intoxicated driver on Hwy 2, west-bound towards Malta; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and driver found to be okay, not intoxicated.

9:26 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with removing a male from the business at the DY Junction; Undersheriff responded to the call; male left on his own accord.

2:40 p.m. MHP Dispatch received a report of downed power poles and lines in the Zortman area on Hwy 191 south; caller advised is the damage from a previous storm and power has been restored.

6:31 p.m. Female reported a verbal dispute between two adult males behind the Milk River Pavilion; Deputy responded to the location; situation taken care of without further incident and males left the area.

7:11 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with an intoxicated male at a residence in Whitewater; Deputy handled the call.

8:16 p.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding a male yelling at her and her family at a local business; Deputy handled the call.

9:46 p.m. Deputy closed a door that had been left open on a business’ garage.

June 8, 2016

9:10 a.m. Malta Fire Dept gave a local daycare a tour.

11:52 a.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance at a local residence for a property dispute; Undersheriff responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

12:16 p.m. Female reported vandalism to a church in Dodson; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:39 p.m. Deputy reported to Chinook to assist in an investigation in Blaine Co.

1:14 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an infant, north of Malta; Undersheriff and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported by personal vehicle and met the ambulance on Hwy 191 north; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

1:35 p.m. Male reported theft of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:56 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:06 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a second flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

6:17 p.m. Local MHP Trooper responded to a two vehicle, non-injury crash at the Walmart parking lot in Havre.

7:41 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with a vehicle pursuit on Route 11, eastbound towards Hwy 191; Deputies responded to the call.

7:55 p.m. Ft Belknap LE reported the vehicle involved in the pursuit had crashed near the Hwy 191 south/Route 15 junction; Deputies, local MHP Trooper, EMT Crew and Fire Dept responded to the call; case file started; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:01 p.m. Deputy requested a tow truck for the vehicle involved in the above crash; local rotational wrecker service responded to the call.

June 9, 2016

8:16 a.m. Female reported two dogs running loose west of Malta.

9:41 a.m. Male reported a dog running loose by the bridge construction zone.

10:19 a.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding an erratic vehicle in the Malta City limits; Deputy responded to the call; citations issued.

11:17 a.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding another female accusing the caller of theft; Deputy handled the call.

11:59 a.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding another female harassing a family member; Deputy handled the call.

12:32 p.m. Female reported possible animal abuse; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; information passed onto Livestock Inspector; animals found to be okay and had food and water.

1:05 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 6pm tonight for 12 counties, to include Phillips.

1:13 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch now in effect until 10pm tonight.

2:40 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 330pm for central and southeast Phillips Co; nickel sized hail & 50-55mph gusts are possible.

2:56 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a bear in the Zortman area; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden and FWP Biologist.

4:16 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 5pm for central Phillips Co; 50mph gusts are possible.

4:51 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 530pm for central Phillips Co; 1/2inch sized hail & 40mph gusts are possible.

5:22 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for east central Phillips Co until 615pm; 60mph gusts are possible.

6:04 p.m. Male reported a domestic disturbance at a neighbor’s residence; Deputies responded to the call; male involved left the location on his own accord, was just a verbal disagreement; case file started.

8:15 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch is canceled for Phillips Co.

11:00 p.m. Female reported a male “shooting a cannon” on the north side of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; male not located and all was quiet in the area.

June 10, 2016

6:23 a.m. 911s received reporting a house exploded in Glasgow; information passed onto Valley Co SO.

12:57 p.m. 911 received reporting a juvenile choking on a piece of candy and would be transporting by personal vehicle to the hospital; information passed onto Deputy and PC Hospital.

3:07 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 10pm for Phillips & Petroleum Counties.

3:32 p.m. Deputy assisted local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop, east of Malta.

4:38 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a vehicle and trailer with a flat tire, east of Malta, on Hwy 2; local MHP Trooper handled the call.

5:38 p.m. Male reported a vehicle “all over the road”, eastbound through Malta; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; vehicle located and driving was fine.

6:20 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southwestern Phillips Co until 715pm; 60mph gusts and quarter sized hail are possible.

6:51 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 10pm for Phillips.

7:11 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southwestern Phillips Co until 815pm; 60mph gusts and half dollar sized hail are possible.

7:20 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for south central Phillips Co until 815pm; 60mph gusts and golf ball sized hail are possible.

7:34 p.m. Male reported a dog running loose on Hwy 2, east of Malta.

8:19 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southeastern Phillips Co until 915pm; half inch sized hail and 5055mph gusts are possible.

8:36 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southern Phillips Co until 930pm; 60mph gusts and half dollar sized hail are possible.

9:00 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory for southeastern Phillips Co until 10pm; half inch sized hail and 50mph gusts are possible.

9:28 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southeastern Phillips Co until 1030pm; tennis ball sized hail and 70mph gusts are possible.

9:34 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been extended until midnight for 4 counties, to include Phillips.
