Junior Golf Camp Starts June 15

There will be an opportunity for the youth of Malta and Phillips County to learn the game of golf this summer as a result of a grant from the Montana Golf Association.

Malta High School golf coaches, Lynne and Jim Nevrivy wrote a grant for $1,000 to be used to purchase youth and teen golf clubs. The grant was selected to receive the full amount requested.

There will be a Junior Golf Camp this summer June 15, 16, and 17. This first camp will be for students going into grades 6-9. The camp will include golf, clubs, range balls, and lunch. Campers will also receive a t-shirt. "It is our hope that...
