Reading time at the HLRC

Hi- Line Retirement Center is starting up a new summer time reading activity. Starting in June every Tuesday at 10 a.m. we would like to invite all preschool aged children to come up for Kids Korner. Our residents will be reading to the children of this wonderful community.

Library Closure

5-28-30. The Phillips County Library will be Closed for the Memorial Day Weekend from Saturday, May 28, through Monday, May 30. We will also be starting our Summer Hours, no Saturday hours until September.

Grace Fellowship Summer Hours

Grace Fellowship Church’s summer hours begin May 29 and will continue until September 4 with 10 a.m. service and no Sunday School.

ALA Memorial Day Finalization meeting

5-26. The American Legion Auxiliary Memorial Day Finalization Meeting will be held on May 26 at 5 p.m. at the VFW Club. All ALA members are encouraged to attend along with others in the community who would like to participate.

PhillCo Economic Growth Council Meeting

5-26. PhillCo’s General Membership Meeting will be Thursday, May 26 starting at noon in the GN Lodge Room. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Walleyes Meeting

5-26. On Thursday, the Malta Walleyes will hold their monthly meeting starting at 7 p.m. at Stretch's. The meeting will include Camp Walleye finalization.

MHS 60's Class Reunion

6-3. All 60's Class Reunion kicks off with registration on Friday, June 3 at 6:00 at the Tin Cup.

Our Saturday night light meal is also at 6 p.m. at the Tin Cup. Our Sunday Brunch will be at Putt and Marian Ereaux residence from 9 a.m. to noon. Many other activities available. Any questions 654-1443 or 654-4675.

LRRN Meeting

6-9. The Little Rockies Recreation Network will be holding a public meeting on Thursday, June 9 at 6 p.m. at the Malta VFW. We will be going over our trail map to make sure ALL the trails are on it before it has to be turned in on July 6.

Phillips Transit Authority 10th Anniversary BBQ

6-15. On Wednesday, June 15, the Phillips Transit Authority will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary with a community BBQ at Stockman Terrace from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. This is a free, community BBQ and all are welcome to attend.

Malta Lutheran Bible School

6-20 through 23. Malta Lutheran Church will be hosting Bible School June 20 through the 23 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for grades (incoming) kindergarten to (incoming) sixth grades FREE of charge. The Flathead Lutheran Bible School Counselors are back! Campers need to bring a sack lunch daily. There will be a Closing Program with refreshments June 23 at 7 p.m. There is 40 first come, first serve slots with limited kindergarten slots. So get your registration form in soon! Milk River Gospel Jamboree
