One Nation, Under God
You have never seen orange until you have seen an oriole fly into your trees! There is nothing like the orange with the black setting it off! I put my grape jelly feeders out right away! We received a fantastic amount of rain and snow on Monday and Tuesday. Some reports are over 5 inches, but we had nearly 2 inches right here in Loring! The sloughs, dams and ditches are full and the hills are green, green green! The District track meet was postponed from Wednesday to Saturday! It appears that all three boys get to go on in multiple events, Trace Simonson, Trey Simanton, and Cody Scheffelmear! I know that Bella Lawless, Kayleigh Cummings, and Serena Sanguins made it to divisional. I'm not sure about a couple others. The Whitewater senior class graduated on Friday! There was quite a crowd with the seventh graders serving the tea afterwards. On Saturday Dixie Stordahl attended a cook out with the board members of Judith River Foundation at Cary Woodruff's in Malta. Sunday, May 22, the Loring Lutheran Church will meet a 11 a.m. for a baptism ceremony for Kellen Slade, son of Jonnae and Jim Slade! See you next week!
