Whitney and Lane Billing of Glasgow, Mont., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Charles Ross Billing, on April 15, 2016. Charles was born at 4:15 p.m. at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital and weighs 7 pounds and 4 ounces and is 20 inches long.

Charles’ maternal grandparents are Marc and Debbie Swanson of Glasgow, Mont.

Charles’ paternal grandparents are Deb Fogle of Wolf Point, Mont., Monte and Judy Billing of Jordan, Mont., and Keith and Pattie Fogle of Glasgow, Mont.
