March 8 through portion of March 16

March 8, 2016

2:44 a.m. 911 received from a local business reporting a female banging on the windows of the business; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.

3:55 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having trouble breathing; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

10:58 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

4:08 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with getting her kids back; Undersheriff handled the call.

4:29 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with removing a female that would not leave a residence; Deputy responded to the call; female left the location without further incident.

10:08 p.m. Female requested to speak to a Deputy about being locked out of her residence; Deputy handled the call.

2:42 p.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding a vehicle driving by her residence several times a day with loud music; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later located and driver advised to turn the music down.

10:15 p.m. Deputies transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on a local warrant.

March 10, 2016

9:19 a.m. Male reported a hog running loose in the Dodson city limits; local Livestock Inspector responded to the call and removed the hog from the area.

3:20 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Dario Carrasco, from PCSO Jail on bond.

3:35 p.m. Juvenile requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving her family; Deputy handled the call.

4:04 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a rental; Deputy handled the call.

6:29 p.m. Male filed a written complaint regarding threats received through a second party’s text messages; Deputy handled the call.

9:38 p.m. Deputies performed a consent to search a vehicle in the Trafton Park area; case file started.

9:47 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Allan Durst, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Endangering the Welfare of a Child charges.

March 11, 2016

3:59 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on a Valley Co SO warrant, Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs charges.

4:00 a.m. Deputy transported one adult female to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs charges.

6:45 a.m. Deputy requested an ambulance for an inmate; inmate later transported to the PC Hospital for a medical evaluation; patient later transported back to the PCSO Jail.

5:08 p.m. Deputy released one adult female from PCSO Jail on bond.

7:02 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving her neighbor; Deputy handled the call.

March 12, 2016

8:00 a.m. Phillips Co EMTs reported to the PC Courthouse for an EMT Refresher Training.

11:04 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male inmate to PC Hospital for a medical evaluation; inmate later transported to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing.

5:54 p.m. Male reported an open door at a neighbor’s residence for two days; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay.

8:37 p.m. Female reported a male “speeding and throwing gravel” down her alley; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

March 13, 2016

12:08 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

4:11 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

8:00 a.m. Phillips Co EMTs reported to the PC Courthouse for an EMT Refresher Training.

9:38 a.m. Local Border Patrol Agent requested assistance with locating a vehicle; information passed onto Deputies; vehicle not located.

2:30 p.m. Undersheriff, Malta Fire Dept and Ambulance reported to west of Malta on Hwy 2 to escort the Malta M’ettes back into town.

6:44 p.m. Female reported a missing dog in the Saco area.

10:21 p.m. Male filed a written complaint regarding other males threatening him; Deputy handled the call.

March 14, 2016

1:29 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

6:35 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for the caller; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

7:24 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with locating her daughter; Undersheriff responded to the call; daughter returned to the residence while on the phone with Undersheriff.

10:09 a.m. Sheriff incarcerated one adult female in PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

10:47 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male from Valley Co Detention Center to PCSO for a District Court appearance.

11:10 a.m. Sheriff incarcerated one adult male in PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

12:14 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with another male harassing the caller’s wife; Sheriff responded to the call and male left the location.

3:50 p.m. Undersheriff transported one adult female and one adult male, Darrin Brashear, to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing.

5:10 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a possible violation of a protection order; Deputy responded to the call; no violation found; information added to existing case file.

10:52 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a possible violation of a protection order; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.

March 15, 2016

2:25 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

9:30 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a possible stroke in the Wagner area; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

1:50 p.m. Undersheriff released one adult male from PCSO Jail on time served.

1:52 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for the caller at a local apartment; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

6:44 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a possible violation of a protection order; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.

8:45 p.m. Male reported a fender/bender in the downtown area; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

9:59 p.m. Male reported he had been assaulted by another male; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

10:26 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with his “drunk girlfriend”; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

10:36 p.m. Deputy transported one juvenile to PCSO and later transported to Cascade Co Juvenile Detention Center to be incarcerated on Assault charges.

March 16, 2016

12:15 a.m. Deputy transported one adult female to PCSO to be incarcerated on Criminal Endangerment of a Child, DUI and Disorderly Conduct charges.

2:03 a.m. Deputies transported one adult female inmate to the PC Hospital for medical evaluation; inmate later transported back to the PCSO Jail.

2:56 p.m. Deputy released one adult female from PCSO Jail on bond.

4:05 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a parenting plan; Deputy handled the call.

6:11 p.m. Female reported a possible scam.

We have been receiving calls reporting telephone calls with people asking for personal information, bank account information and needing to send money to relatives.

These phone calls are scams, if it seems suspicious DO NOT GIVE any information to the caller. Ask for a call back phone number and call them back to see if it is who they are claiming to be. The IRS does not contact people via telephone.

Always remember the key things regarding scams:

1. If you didn't enter, you didn't win

2. If you have a lawsuit or other legal issues pending you will get notification via certified mail or served to you by an official, whether it is a law enforcement officer or a civil process server

8:37 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible electrical fire at a residence west of Dodson; Malta Fire Dept and NorthWestern Energy responded to the call; no fire located.

9:55 p.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding a male harassing her; Deputy handled the call.

10:02 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle in the alley behind her residence; Deputy responded to the call; all vehicles in the area belonged to residences.

10:30 p.m. Male reported a power outage west of Malta; NorthWestern Energy handled the call.
