Malta Chamber launches new-look website

The newly redesigned Malta Area Chamber of Commerce website is now live. In addition to the updated listings of Chamber Members, Board of Directors and Strategy, maltachamber.com also includes information for residents, visitors and potential employers in a concise, user-friendly and informative format.

“Visitors to maltachamber.com will find a vibrant and updated look at our community, and all we have to offer,” says Dina Meneely of the Chamber of Commerce. “We want you to explore the Malta and Phillips County, MT area, whether you want to work here, play here or live here.”

For visitors and residents looking for something to do, the Community Calendar lists those upcoming events. It is a Google calendar, with links to event website information, which can be added to your personal calendar. Within the “Play and Shop” and “Eat and Stay” sections, site visitors can explore the many indoor and outdoor options available throughout the year. You can even read a local’s approach to some of their favorite things to do for an afternoon or a day. The “Connectivity” page lists all the locations for public Wi-Fi in Malta, so you can stay connected while in town.

A newly added “Jobs” section lists both paid and volunteer positions. There is also a connection to the regional Job Service offices, and access to their resources. If you are looking to stay a while longer, you will find a “Relocate” section with information about real estate, education, healthcare, community programs, and demographics.

Mix the ease of high-speed broadband with a dedicated workforce, and it becomes an exciting time to do business in Malta and Phillips County. The “Business” section of the website includes resources for a new or existing business, advertising options and link to PhillCo, the Phillips County Economic Development Council. The “Resources” section provides contact and website information for city and county government, as well as county schools.

The new website was designed with Heather DePriest of Montana Grafix, a Malta Chamber member business. It is set for desktop and mobile compatibility, with high resolution graphics and integrated links, to be the flagship of information about the Malta and Phillips County area.
