FOOD AND AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT CENTER DIRECTOR

Bear Paw Development Corporation is accepting applications for the professional position of Food and Agriculture Development Center Director. Duties of this position include administration of the regional Food and Agriculture Development Center and development of value-added agriculture and alternative energy projects and programs for five-county, two-reservation area of northern Montana. Minimum qualifications include bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, marketing, economics or related field. Acceptable experience in lieu of education will be considered. Experience in project development and management, grant writing and administration, public relations, community organizing skills, and food safety knowledge preferred.

Must have a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and communicate professionally both orally and in writing. Copy of complete job description available upon request.
