Chair Exercises to Resume at Malta Senior Center

The chair exercise class will resume Monday, January 18, 2016 from 10-11 a.m. at the Malta Senior Center, 110 1st St. W.

The Anne Pringle Burnell Stretch, Strength, and Yoga DVD’s are low impact designed for Seniors. Sit and Be Fit, is a set of four DVDs hosted by Mary Ann Wilson, RN.

Each Monday a different 20-30 minute DVD will be used. Reservations are not necessary; simply come when you are able. A fee of $10 will be assessed monthly for non-members of the center and $8 for current members. All money goes to the Senior Center. Membership fee to the center is $15 per year per person.
