Loring News for week of January 6, 2016

Hello, again, and happy new year! I have been to Billings twice this last week! Once I went for fun, and then I went to be with my granddaughter who was in the hospital with pneumonia and rsv. She is much better and at home now. Paula and Mick Morrison, Jason and Cherisha Morrison and Kage, traveled to Wyoming to spend Christmas with Tawnya and Jake Coleman and Chase! Sympathy is extended to Kay Hould and all the Houlds on the death of Donnie. He will be remembered as a fun loving guy! Becca and Robert Engum of Great Falls, we're here over Christmas weekend visiting Dave and Cindy Clark and Kenny and Brenda Clark and children. Brenda's mother and sister,Tracy Hanley and children were also guests. Carmen and Matt Norville and girls were Christmas guests of the Pete Lumsdens along with Whitney and Jay Blunt and sons.Whitney spent some time in Billings with her other sister, Jonnae Slade, who will be having a baby before my next column! Kiana and Keira Simonson are celebrating in Jamaica for Kiana's 21 birthday and New Years! I mean really?? Happy birthday, Kiana! Don't forget to look up at the heavens when we have clear skies! Five planets are visible in the mornings now! Larry Ochsner, an old teacher at Whitewater, stopped in to visit Dorothy Johnson, another old teacher on Sunday. This reporter also stopped but she's not that old! Happy New Year!
