December 4, 2015

11:12 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

11:50 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

December 5, 2015

8:36 a.m. Male reported missing property.

8:49 a.m. Female reported an altercation at a local apartment complex; Deputy responded to the location; situation taken care of without further incident.

12:17 p.m. Ft Belknap LE reported an eastbound vehicle speeding; information passed onto Deputy; vehicle located, driving was okay and not speeding.

2:29 p.m. Several 911s received reporting an accident on Hwy 191 south of Malta, on the CMR; Deputy, local EMT Crew and Fire Dept responded to the location; CMR Officer and MHP Trooper also responded to the call; one patient transported to the PC Hospital; case file started.

2:45 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

3:48 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for an intoxicated female in Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

4:09 p.m. Deputy requested sand at the accident location for the watered down milk that was in the tanker; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.

6:07 p.m. Female reported a suspicious person, dressed in black, on Hwy 191 just south of Malta; Deputy responded to the location; female taken to a motel room after a dispute with a male.

December 6, 2015

1:56 a.m. Local tavern reported a dispute outside of the building; Deputies responded to the location; downtown area was quiet and no one around.

9:22 a.m. Male reported a possible fire north of Malta; caller advised was a reported and controlled burn.

Please remember to file a new burn permit for the 2016 year. If you plan on doing any burning in 2016, please file one BEFORE you start to burn. These permits are good for all of 2016 and you only have to file one a year, not every time you burn. All 2015 permits will no longer be valid after December 31, 2015. Thank you!

12:09 p.m. Female reported a possibly lost prescription bottle; Undersheriff handled the call.

2:45 p.m. Male reported a scam.

3:05 p.m. Female reported a dead deer near the Hwy 2/Old Hwy 2 junction; Undersheriff responded to the location and removed the deer.

9:51 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible structure fire south of Saco; caller advised was a reported controlled burn for the last few days and was being monitored.

10:32 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

December 7, 2015

2:43 a.m. High Wind Warning in effect from 11pm tonight until 5pm Tuesday for southwest Philips Co.

5:22 a.m. Male reported receiving threatening text messages; Deputy handled the call.

12:10 p.m. Billings PD served a local warrant on female later incarcerated in Billings on that charge.

2:27 p.m. High Wind Warning in effect from 11pm tonight until 5pm Tuesday for southwest Philips Co and Wednesday afternoon through late night for central and southeast Phillips Co.

3:03 p.m. High Wind Watch is canceled for central and southeast Phillips; remains in effect for southwest Phillips from Wednesday afternoon through late night.

3:44 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for an elderly male having hip pain; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

9:38 p.m. High Wind Watch now in effect from Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night.

December 8, 2015

12:21 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an unresponsive diabetic female in Whitewater; Whitewater EMT and Malta Ambulance responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

3:10 a.m. High Wind Watch remains in effect from Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night for southwest Phillips Co.

3:24 a.m. Out of state male requested a welfare check on a juvenile at a local residence; Deputy responded to the call; residence was all quiet and lights shut off.

3:51 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

9:15 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

1:56 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west of Malta; all found to be okay, driver advised was waiting for help to arrive with fuel.

2:28 p.m. High Wind Watch remains in effect from Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night for all of Phillips Co.

December 9, 2015

3:31 a.m. High Wind Warning in effect from 2pm today until 5am Thursday for most of Phillips Co.

4:44 a.m. 911 received reporting suspicious activity in the downtown area; Deputies responded to the location; all found to be okay.

8:11 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an elderly male who fell at a local residence; Undersheriff, Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

10:40 a.m. Female requested PCSO assistance with a death notification to a Dodson resident; Deputy handled the call.

1:54 p.m. Female reported a Publisher’s Clearing House phone scam.

2:34 p.m. High Wind Warning remains in effect until 5am Thursday for most of Phillips Co.

3:18 p.m. Blaine Co SO advised PCSO of an out of control grass fire on Ft Belknap near Route 9; fire was headed northeast and several crews were on scene and enroute to the location.

Several calls and 911s received reporting a fire, seeing smoke and smelling smoke west of Malta; all callers advised of the fire on Ft Belknap.

4:08 p.m. Blaine Co SO requested PCSO FD assistance with the fire on Ft Belknap; Malta Fire Dept responded to the call.

4:27 p.m. Individuals requested assistance with a dog that had been caught in a snare trap; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.

4:29 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO FD support on the fire; caller advised resources were already sent out.

5:15 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a roommate; Deputy handled the call.

9:47 p.m. Malta Fire Dept advised the Ft Belknap fire was under control and they were released from the scene.

10:17 p.m. Male reported a power outage in Hays; information passed onto Big Flat Electric.

December 10, 2015

12:10 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

2:58 a.m. Border Patrol Dispatch reported an accident on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Deputies, local EMT Crew and Fire Dept responded to the call; case file started; MHP Trooper also responded to the location; patient not transported to the hospital.3:14 a.m. High Wind Warning remains in effect until 5am for most of Phillips Co.4:52 a.m. Local wrecker responded to the above accident per request of the registered owner.

5:05 a.m. High Wind Warning will expire.

6:12 a.m. MHP Trooper transported one adult male, John Rosendahl, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI-Felony charges.

9:57 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 5pm to until 5am Friday for southwest Phillips Co.

1:09 p.m. Blaine Co SO served a local MHP warrant on one adult male, Jared Granados, and transported him to PCSO Jail.

2:02 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male inmate to PC Hospital for medical attention; inmate later transported back to PCSO Jail.

3:20 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with websites possibly targeting juveniles; Deputy handled the call.

Parents: please be aware of two websites, Omegle and Chat Roulette, which are possibly targeting juveniles. Some of these websites may involve predators of children, even though their disclaimers say they do not. These are just two that have been reported to our office.

5:06 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a male having a possible heart attack; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

5:36 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 9pm tonight until 9am Friday for most of Phillips Co.

6:02 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy handled the call.

6:14 p.m. 911s received reporting a structure fire near the Airport; Deputies, local MHP Trooper, Fire Dept and EMT Crew responded to the call; fire later contained and extinguished.

8:15 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

8:58 p.m. Deputy advised the snow was getting deep on Hwy 191 south of Malta; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation.

10:14 p.m. Female reported an erratic driver near a local convenience store; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle located and driver given a verbal warning.

December 11, 2015

2:29 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

3:09 a.m. 911 received reporting shots fired in the Dodson area; Sheriff and Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

3:12 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for the Zortman area; remains in effect until 9am for the rest of Phillips Co.

3:54 a.m. Deputies took one adult male into custody on Partner/Family Member Assault, Assault with a Weapon-Felony, and Criminal Endangerment charges; male later transported to the PC Hospital for medical evaluation and then to PCSO Jail to be incarcerated.

8:00 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with getting property back from another party; Deputy handled the call.

8:48 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled.

10:20 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a possibly suicidal male; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

10:54 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, John Rosendahl, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance with conditions.

11:22 a.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance for a possible disturbance at a local residence; Sheriff responded to the location; situation taken care of without further incident.

11:42 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Jared Granados, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

12:51 p.m. Local convenience store reported a fuel drive off; Deputy responded to the call; individual located and returned to the store and paid.

5:02 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Brett Jaynes, from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

8:01 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested sand for the bridges and other icy areas on Hwy 2 east of Malta; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.

9:50 p.m. Female reported vandalism to property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

9:52 p.m. Dense Fog Advisory in effect until 8am Saturday for most of Phillips Co.

11:50 p.m. Hill Co SO requested PCSO assistance with locating an overdue motorist traveling through Phillips Co; Deputies responded to the call; motorist later located by Fergus Co SO and was okay, having vehicle troubles.

December 12, 2015

1:37 a.m. Deputies reported freezing fog south of Malta; information passed onto Glasgow Weather Service.

2:14 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

3:08 a.m. Dense Fog Advisory now in effect until 11am today.

7:54 a.m. Male reported his son’s snowman had been destroyed during the night; information added to existing case file.

9:20 a.m. Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 11am.

11:29 a.m. 911 received reporting a male “sleeping in the road” near Zortman; Deputy and Ft Belknap LE responded to the call; Ft Belknap handled.

2:27 p.m. Winter Storm Watch in effect from Sunday evening through Tuesday morning.

3:56 p.m. Dense Fog Advisory in effect until 11am Sunday.

9:06 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible DUI on Hwy 2, east bound from the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; no vehicles matching the reported description located.

9:45 p.m. Female reported suspicious vehicle driving up and down road in the Wagner area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driver advised to go home for the night.

11:28 p.m. Male reported a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2 with its flashers on; Deputy responded to the call; no one around the vehicle upon Deputy’s arrival.

December 13, 2015

1:07 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

3:27 a.m. Winter Storm Watch in effect from this evening through Tuesday morning; Dense Fog Advisory is canceled.

12:14 p.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle in a field in the Saco area; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle was gone from the area.

1:56 p.m. 911 received reporting a disturbance at a local apartment; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

2:21 p.m. Winter Storm Warning in effect from 8pm tonight until noon Tuesday.

9:45 p.m. Female reported a suspicious aircraft east of Dodson; caller advised have seen it several times in last few weeks; Deputy responded to the call; no aircraft or drones located in the area.

10:15 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on another male at a local residence; Deputy responded to the call; male located and found to be okay.

December 14, 2015

3:08 a.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon Tuesday.

2:24 p.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon Tuesday.

8:38 p.m. Female requested assistance with a traffic accident in Great Falls; caller advised had the wrong county and was given Great Falls PD phone number.

December 15, 2015

3:27 a.m. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon today.

8:02 a.m. Winter Storm Warning is canceled.

10:32 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up the flight crew from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

12:45 p.m. Male reported a vehicle had “spun out” near a local business and lost a dog out of the back of the vehicle; vehicle later returned to pick up the dog and “spun out again”; caller signed a written complaint; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started; citation issued for Reckless Driving.

4:54 p.m. Off-duty Deputy reported suspicious people in a local business; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

6:17 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on two Havre PD warrants and one Judith Basin Co warrant.

December 16, 2015

1:46 a.m. 911 received reporting a possible domestic situation at a local apartment; Deputies responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

6:59 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who fell at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

2:23 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, William J Williams, to Harlem to meet Havre PD to exchange custody.

6:42 p.m. Anonymous reported an “inebriated male driving” from the downtown area possibly enroute to Dodson; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was parked.

11:30 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

December 17, 2015

1:17 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

2:02 a.m. BNSF Police reported an individual walking on the Milk River Bridge; Deputy responded to the call; only tracks located no individual.

3:07 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

6:24 a.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the approach to her residence on the Wagner Hwy and the power was out to her residence; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle found to have hit the power pole; NorthWestern Energy employee responded to the call; case file started.

6:54 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male, to PCSO for DUI testing; male cited for Reckless Driving and released.

9:12 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance to meet a personal vehicle transport of an unresponsive but breathing female on Hwy 191 north of Malta; local EMT Crew responded to the call; ambulance later canceled as vehicle had made it to town and to the hospital

11:31 a.m. Female reported a possible fire northeast of the Little Rockies; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.

1:03 p.m. Female reported a Publisher’s Clearing House phone scam.

9:07 p.m. 911 received reporting an attempted theft of a vehicle from a local residence; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

10:23 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

December 18, 2015

12:56 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Saco area.

1:21 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

9:53 a.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle fire near the City Hall; Deputy and local Fire Dept responded to the location; fire later controlled and extinguished.

11:42 a.m. Male requested an ambulance to transport an elderly female who wasn’t feeling good and limbs were numb; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

11:51 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a broken ankle in Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

2:53 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport; local EMT Crew responded to the call; request later canceled by the hospital.

3:37 p.m. Male reported a possible theft of identity; Deputy handled the call.

7:02 p.m. Blaine Co SO requested PCSO assistance with locating two juveniles that were possibly at the basketball game here; Deputy responded to the call; request later canceled as juveniles were located in Blaine Co.

7:53 p.m. Female reported another female harassing her; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
