June Cornell, director of the Malta Food Bank accepts the roasts from Phillips County Treasurer, Ann Shettel.
The Phillips County CattleWomen donated 53 pounds (17 roasts) of locally raised beef roasts to the Malta Food Bank. The PC CattleWomen have been donating beef roasts to the Malta Food Bank for the past eleven years. The roasts will be given out to families over the holiday season. Each roast will have two recipes with cooking instructions as well as nutritional value. Beef is an excellent source of protein, niacin, vitamin B6, B12, iron and zinc....
