Mustangs 2-1 after losing to Fairfield, defeating Loyola-Sacred Heart

The Malta Mustangs are 2-1 at the start of the season after losing 63-59 to the Fairfield Eagles last Friday and defeating Loyola-Sacred Heart 77-52 on Saturday evening. Last weekend was the first time the team has played at the Three Forks invitational.

The team will have their first inter-district matches this week as they are slated to face the Harlem Wildcats at home on Friday, Poplar in Poplar this Tuesday and Wolf Point at home on Wednesday night.
