One Nation, Under God
We experienced one of the worst windstorms on record this week. It was breaking records all over the state with some of its gusts and in some places they had snow and blowing snow along with it. Thankfully, we missed the snow and ice. This is the season—check the reports when travel is necessary and drive carefully.
Steve and Bill Henry visited their mother briefly on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the cooks at the school served a delicious Thanksgiving dinner to a large contingent of the community. There was a happy joining of students and guests and a good showing of the backing of the community for the students. Thanks to the school, the teachers who helped, the students who served and hat’s off to the cooks.
On Thursday, the girls at the Wathatau Center served a good lunch including some of Kay’s wonderful fry bread. Thanks girls.
Polly Solberg went to Ismay to visit son Nathan and family for a few days.
The Lutheran School Bags for World Relief were picked up on Sunday. Thanks to everyone who helped fill them.
There will not be Church services at the Lutheran Church this Sunday, November 27. See you on December 6.
