At a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, a petition signed by several residents and taxpayers of PHILLIPS COUNTY was presented to the Board requesting
An AUTO GATE will be placed at the following location:
Township 25N Range 31E NW Corner of NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 11
On Sun Prairie Road
A by-pass gate must be provided for trailing cattle or moving machinery when necessary.
A DOUBLE AUTO GATE will be placed at 2 separate locations;
Township 24N, Range 31E, NW1/4, SW1/4, SW1/4 Section 16
Township 24N, Range 31E, SW1/4, SE1/4, SW1/4, Section 21
Both on Regina Road
A by-pass gate must be provided for trailing cattle or moving machinery when necessary.
A hearing will be held on said petition on Monday November 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room at the Phillips County Courthouse, at which time anyone may appear either for or against the said petition.

2015 REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE
All 2015 Real Property taxes in Phillips County have been mailed. Please check your bills over carefully. The first half of 2015 Real Property taxes is due by 5:00 p.m. on or before November 30, 2015 or within 30 days after postmark. Unless the first half is paid by this date, the amount payable is delinquent and draws interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month from and after the delinquency until paid and 2% must be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty and that the Second half of taxes levied and assessed will be due and payable on or before 5 p.m. on May 31, 2016 and that unless paid prior to that time the taxes will be delinquent and will draw interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month from the time of delinquency until paid and 2% will be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty.
