Malta Elementary students awarded for Ag-Ed Day efforts

In mid-September, nearly 200 Malta Elementary students attended Ag Education Day at Hinman Angus Ranch. Following the field trip, the first through fifth grade students were tasked with sharing their experience either through essays or drawing or both.

First State Bank President Bob Galt recently judged all the entries from Ag Education Day and the following students were picked as winners – each awarded their choice of basketball, volleyball or football from Hardware Hank.
