September 10, 2015
1:52 a.m. Male reported an abandoned ATV in the middle of Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputies responded to the call; male found to be on his way home, was not intoxicated just tired.
8:54 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
9:56 a.m. Deputy received a verbal complaint regarding a vehicle speeding in a restricted zone; vehicle located and driver advised.
5:26 p.m. Male reported a possible altercation at his residence; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.
5:59 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a motorcycle; Deputy handled the call.
6:02 p.m. Female reported an individual shooting a gun near Trafton Park; Deputy responded to the location; male not located.
8:07 p.m. Deputy and Matron transported one adult male and one adult female,to Valley Co Detention Center.
8:35 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a vehicle with a flat tire; Deputy responded to the call; family member contacted and assisted with bringing out an air compressor.
10:24 p.m. Male reported a semi-trailer without taillights; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and lights fixed.
September 11, 2015
12:26 a.m. Colorado State Patrol located a local stolen vehicle out of Pueblo; vehicle seized and later transported back to Phillips Co.
2:21 a.m. Kenco Security reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at a local business; Deputy and owner responded to the call; all found to be okay.
6:39 a.m. Female reported a possibly missing juvenile from Saco; may be in the Malta area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started; juvenile later located by Deputy and returned to parents; information passed onto Juvenile Probation Officer.
7:12 a.m. Individuals reported a juvenile had runaway; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.
8:18 a.m. Female filed a verbal complaint about a vehicle not moving over while passing by the caller who was walking on Short Oil Road; Deputy handled the call.
10:49 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who couldn’t walk and wasn’t feeling good; local EMT Crew responded to the call; ambulance later canceled and patient transported to the hospital by personal vehicle.
12:39 p.m. One adult female released from Valley Co Detention Center on bond paid.
1:16 p.m. Female reported a small grass fire, off of Hwy 2, west of Malta; local Fire Dept responded to the call; no fire located.
1:46 p.m. Local MHP Trooper, Deputy and Fire Dept reported to MHS for the Homecoming Parade.
4:59 p.m. Valley Co SO served a local warrant on one adult male.
5:10 p.m. Female reported vehicles speeding by the high school; Deputies responded to the call; vehicles located and drivers advised.
5:24 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on juveniles at a local residence; Deputy responded to the call; juveniles located and found to be okay.
6:41 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the Malta vs Shepherd game.
8:05 p.m. Deputy received a report of a possible altercation at the football field; Deputies handled the call.
8:46 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for an intoxicated male near Trafton Park; Deputies responded to the call; situation taken care of.
9:31 p.m. Female reported an individual banging on all the doors to hotel rooms; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.
9:44 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Disorderly Conduct and Assault on a Peace Officer-Felony charges.
11:32 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on an intoxicated male in Malta; Deputies responded to the call; male located and found to be okay.
September 12, 2015
8:58 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the jamboree.
12:28 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a possible stroke; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.
6:53 p.m. Female requested assistance with an on-going issued involving her neighbor and the female’s animals; Deputy handled the call.
7:05 p.m. Female reported being threatened by her neighbor; Deputy handled the call.
8:17 p.m. Male reported hearing a gunshot in the Hillcrest area; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.
8:37 p.m. Several calls received reporting a possible fire east of Malta; callers advised was a reported and controlled burn.
September 14, 2015
2:37 a.m. 911 received reporting a suspicious person near a residence in Saco; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.
3:15 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing a Peace Officer and a Valley Co SO warrant.
8:54 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the Milk River Pavilion for the rodeo.
2:53 p.m. Female reported hearing gunshots in the Zortman area; information passed onto BLM Ranger.
3:12 p.m. Female reported juveniles near a local building causing trouble; Undersheriff responded to the call; several juveniles brought to PCSO and later released to their parents; case file started.
7:57 p.m. Deputy transported one juvenile to Big Sandy to meet with a Cascade Co Juvenile Detention Center Officer and transfer custody to them.
8:39 p.m. Local business reported two suspicious males in the business making the employees uncomfortable; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of.
9:16 p.m. Local business reported a fuel drive off; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and fuel paid for.
9:17 p.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male from Valley Co Detention Center to PCSO for District Court appearance.
September 14, 2015
12:41 p.m. Male reported a grain truck blocking an approach off of Hwy 2; vehicle later removed from the area.
4:44 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the Froshmore game.
5:18 p.m. One adult male released from Valley Co Detention Center on bond paid.
5:35 p.m. Male requested assistance for a female with a disabled vehicle near Trafton Park; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle was not located.
5:55 p.m. Deputy served a Blaine Co SO warrant on one adult male and incarcerated on that charge; male later released on bond paid.
6:39 p.m. One adult male released from PCSO Jail and custody transferred to Valley Co Deputy to be transported to Valley Co to serve time on their warrant.
7:06 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle driving backwards on a residential street in Saco; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later located and was parked.
9:34 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a verbal dispute at a local restaurant; juveniles were also involved; Deputies and Dept of Family Services worker responded to the call; case file started; DFS removed the juveniles and took them to a family member’s residence.
September 15, 2015
12:58 p.m. Female reported her vehicles were “keyed”; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
4:17 p.m. Fire Protection Services reported a fire alarm sounding at a local business; all found to be okay, was a false alarm.
7:05 p.m. Deputies transported one adult male, Don Westbrook, to PCSO to be incarcerated on a Pennington Co SO South Dakota warrant for Fail to Register as a Sexual Offender.
7:14 p.m. Deputies transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on a Powell Co SO warrant for Violation of Conditional Release.
10:58 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/elk accident on Hwy 191 south, north of the Fred Robinson bridge; no injuries to the driver; Deputy, CMR Officer, and MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.
September 16, 2015
2:21 a.m. 911 received reporting an ATV accident on a residential street; Deputies, local MHP Trooper and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital; case file started.
6:08 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
3:22 p.m. Anonymous filed a verbal traffic complaint regarding a vehicle speeding and not slowing down for stop signs on streets near the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.
3:23 p.m. MHP Dispatch received a traffic complaint on a vehicle traveling eastbound from Blaine Co on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and was driving okay.
9:25 p.m. Female reported being threatened by another female in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.
September 17, 2015
7:00 a.m. MT Dept of Transportation employee reported an injured deer on Hwy 191, south of Malta; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.
8:19 a.m. NorthWestern Energy employee reported a scheduled power outage for this afternoon for an area around Albertson’s while they cut the power over; power should be out for a couple hours.
4:42 p.m. Valley Co Detention advised one adult male was released from Valley Co Detention Center on bond paid.
5:00 p.m. Male reported part of Hwy 191 south was starting to cave off; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation employee.
6:25 p.m. 911s received reporting a male pointing a gun at individuals in the Zortman area; Deputies responded to the call; gun taken away from individual and situation taken care of; case file started.
7:03 p.m. Ft Belknap LE reported a vehicle fire on the Savoy Road, in Phillips Co; fire later found to be on the Blaine Co side and Blaine Co FD responded to the call.
September 18, 2015
8:24 a.m. Female reported a missing dog.
2:23 p.m. Deputies reported to the Malta Grade School for a possible situation involving juveniles and family members; situation taken care of with no incident.
10:36 p.m. Female reported a possible DUI on Hwy 2, westbound from the Valley/Phillips Co line; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle located and found to be an overly tired driver; male stopped, rested and got some coffee in Malta.

9:03 a.m. Local Ambulance and Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races.
9:07 a.m. Individuals reported a lost cell phone.
1:26 p.m. Female reported a missing cell phone.

8:58 a.m. Male reported an erratic driver on Hwy 2, westbound from Dodson; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE and MHP Dispatch.
