September 1, 2015

11:49 a.m. 911 received reporting a power line hanging over the Underpass; Sheriff and NorthWestern Energy employee responded to the call; power lost to businesses while the line was repaired; BNSF stopped the trains while repairs were made as well; case file started.

1:08 p.m. 911 received reporting a grass fire west of Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

2:30 p.m. Female reported a train blocking the Frontage Road crossing for an extended amount of time; information passed onto BNSF Police.

3:47 p.m. Undersheriff received a report of a fender/bender in the downtown area; minor damage to the vehicles; white form issued.

6:20 p.m. Female reported hearing “pops” that sounded like possible gunshots on the north side of Malta; Deputies responded to the call; no one located in the area.

8:38 p.m. Male requested information regarding a National Child Safety Council letter he received in the mail; caller advised this is NOT A SCAM and had been authorized by the PC Sheriff to be sent out.

9:18 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a male who had shot himself on the reservation; Deputies and Ft Belknap LE responded to the call; coroner case file started.

September 2, 2015

3:31 a.m. Male reported a possibly missing juvenile; juvenile later located.

7:09 a.m. Simplex Grinnell reported a fire alarm sounding at a county school; all found to be okay, just a false alarm.

1:47 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

11:41 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible domestic situation at a local residence; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.

September 3, 2015

12:13 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

1:47 p.m. One adult male released from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

2:12 p.m. Male reported a pickup and trailer traveling westbound on Hwy 2, towards Malta, dragging something and causing sparks; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located, stopped and advised.

5:41 p.m. USA Central Alarm Company reported a general fire alarm sounding at the PC Hospital; all found to be okay, just testing the system.

September 4, 2015

11:23 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with threats received from a business’ ex-employee; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:01 p.m. Female requested an ambulance for a female who had fallen and broke her leg; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

1:03 p.m. MHP Dispatch received a report of an erratic semi and trailer westbound on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and driving was okay.

2:34 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew responded to the call; call later changed to a flight crew pickup from the airport and transport back to the airport with their patient.

4:23 p.m. Deputy reported a semi & trailer stuck in the Underpass and traffic was blocked for several blocks; local Fish & Game Warden assisted with traffic control until the semi & trailer could be removed.

8:57 p.m. Deputy received a report of a vehicle hitting a dog on Central Ave; dog located and owner notified.

9:39 p.m. Female reported a possible domestic situation at a neighbor’s residence; Deputies responded to the call; found to be a verbal disagreement and situation taken care of for the night.

September 4, 2015

11:00 p.m. 911 received reporting a travel trailer with a slide-out out, westbound on Hwy 2; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle located and part found to be broken, slide out was strapped to the trailer; Deputies assisted with getting the trailer to Hwy 363.

September 5, 2015

12:32 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:03 a.m. Female reported an unknown male at her door; Deputies responded to the location; male located and taken to another residence.

7:03 a.m. Female reported a “bum sleeping at the Laundromat”; Deputy responded to the call; male removed from the location.

7:20 a.m. Female reported a missing dog.

September 6, 2015

12:03 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a male who left the residence with a weapon; caller was concerned he may harm himself; Deputies responded to the call; male located and transported to the PC Hospital for medical care; male later transported back to his residence; case file started.

3:28 p.m. Deputy advised of a vehicle having engine trouble that would be parked in a local parking lot; owner would be sleeping in the vehicle for the time being.

5:41 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

7:58 p.m. 911 received reporting a two vehicle accident with no injuries near Central Ave; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

8:16 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on DUI charges; male later released to family member on bond paid.

8:20 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who fell off the roof, unknown injuries; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

11:59 p.m. Male reported smoke near the canal and the old Packy’s building; Deputy responded to the call; found to be an unreported bonfire at the PCMS racetrack.

September 7, 2015

5:27 a.m. PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance for a possible assault and stabbing victim at the building; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

6:53 a.m. Deputy transported one female involved in the above incident to the PC Hospital for medical assistance.

9:37 a.m. Deputy transported one adult female to PCSO to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault-Misdemeanor, Assault with a Weapon-Felony, Aggravated Assault-Felony and Tampering with Evidence-Felony charges.

10:53 a.m. Undersheriff provided an escort for the Milk River Wagon Train parade through Malta.

12:44 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.

1:00 p.m. Male reported a stray dog at his residence; owner contacted and dog returned.

2:53 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with a verbal dispute at an apartment complex; Undersheriff responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

6:06 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with threats received from a roommate; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

8:48 p.m. 911 received reporting an injured deer on the center line of Hwy 2, east of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; deer located in the ditch and humanely euthanized.

September 8, 2015

8:36 a.m. Saco Ambulance responded to a residence for an individual with a broken hip; patient transported to the Glasgow Hospital.

11:28 a.m. Undersheriff served a Misdemeanor Probation warrant on a PCSO inmate, female later transported to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing of local charges and the Probation Violation warrant.

11:52 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance in Lodgepole; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

12:45 p.m. Local business requested a welfare check on a local female; Undersheriff responded to the call; female found to be with family members.

1:27 p.m. Ministerial Association issued a fuel voucher to a male passing through.

3:50 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance at a residence for a male “being ignorant”; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:03 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Disorderly Conduct, Trespass to Property and Public Nuisance charges.

4:03 p.m. Local ambulance reported to the football field for the Froshmore game.

4:45 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a family member on drugs; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

6:52 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault-2nd charges; male later transported to Valley Co Detention Center.

8:25 p.m. One adult male released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

11:48 p.m. Blaine Co SO served a local warrant on one adult female, female transported to Blaine/Phillips Co line to meet a PCSO Deputy and transfer custody to PCSO.

September 9, 2015

6:55 a.m. Local business reported a pickup and camper parked in their parking lot for an extended amount of time; Deputy responded to the call; owner located and vehicles later removed.

9:13 a.m. Male reported a break-in to a building; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:08 a.m. Male reported an oversized load southbound on Hwy 191 south; load covered most of both lanes of traffic; information passed onto Fergus Co SO.

1:29 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:00 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on juveniles at a local residence; Deputy responded to the call; juveniles not located at the reported residence or in Malta.

2:57 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

4:33 p.m. Male reported meeting a vehicle on Hwy 2, something hit his windshield causing damage to the windshield; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:00 p.m. One adult female released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

8:44 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female to PCSO to be incarcerated on Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs with Intent to Sell-Felony, Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Child Endangerment-Felony, Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs-Felony, and Probation Violation charges; case file started.

8:44 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Possession of Stolen Property-Felony, Criminal Child Endangerment-Felony, Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs-Felony, Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs with Intent to Sell-Felony, and Use or Possession of Property Subject to Criminal Forfeiture-Felony charges; case file started.

8:54 p.m. Male reported suspicious activity in an empty house; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, was individuals moving into the house.

11:32 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
