The Malta Mustangs football team has a week and a half of practices under their belts for this season. That being said, the team has plenty of talent coming back including a player that was sidelined last season for an injury that used to be a career ending injury. He has had surgery done during each of the previous seasons
That player, junior Kolbe Murray, is a linebacker and running back for the Mustangs.
"I had my meniscus (knee cartilage) replaced last summer and then the summer before I had ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) surgery," Murray told the PCN.
