5:05 p.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult female, Jessica Garza, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on a MHP-Havre warrant; case file started; female later released on bond paid.
6:20 p.m. Female reported two suspicious vehicles near the Bowdoin elevator; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; vehicles not located.
6:33 p.m. Female reported dogs with puppies without food or water at a local residence; ACO handled the call.
7:33 p.m. Male reported a water break on a residential street; information passed onto City Engineer; found to not be a water break.
7:52 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an elderly female who had fallen; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.
8:20 p.m. Female, Yvonne Hader, released from PCSO Jail on bond.
9:31 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
11:19 p.m. Individual reported smoke at the PC Hospital; Deputies and local Fire Dept responded to the location; no smoke, fire smell or fire located.
August 8, 2015
12:35 a.m. Female reported a possible burglar in her residence in the Saco area; Deputies responded to the call; no one located in the residence.
2:03 a.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
2:52 a.m. Male reported a one vehicle accident with no injuries on Hwy
191 south, on CMR; Deputy, local MHP Trooper, and Ft Belknap Tribal Officer responded to the location; MHP handled the crash; information passed onto CMR Officer the following morning.
7:29 a.m. Female reported a possible transient under the Milk River Bridge area; Deputy responded to the location; male not located.
8:23 a.m. Several 911s received reporting a one vehicle accident on CMR; callers advised had been reported and all was okay.
8:48 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the Trafton Park arena for the Boots and Saddles Rodeo.
10:53 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
1:16 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a female in the Zortman area; Deputy handled the call.
5:36 p.m. Male reported a possible DUI on Hwy 2, westbound from the Sleeping Buffalo area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later located and stopped; case file started.
6:02 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Gregory Macijunas, to PCSO to be incarcerated on DUI-3rd charges.
August 9, 2015
2:27 a.m. Deputy closed a garage door that had been left open at a local business.
11:55 a.m. Female reported an individual had committed suicide in the Zortman area; Deputies responded to the location; coroner case file started.
12:41 p.m. Deputy reported an injured eagle on Hwy 191 south; local Fish & Game Warden handled the call.
6:18 p.m. Deputy transported one PCSO inmate to the PC Hospital for a medical evaluation; inmate later transported back to PCSO Jail.
6:27 p.m. Female reported a possible house party that occurred two days ago at a local residence; Deputy handled the call.
8:54 p.m. Havre PD served a local warrant on one adult male, Justin Snell; male later released on bond paid.
10:01 p.m. Deputy requested a vehicle parked in front of a local tavern be removed from a no parking area; information passed onto bartender.
August 10, 2015
12:20 a.m. Male reported a water pump running at a vacant lot in Saco; Deputy responded to the call; pump later ran out of fuel.
5:43 a.m. 911 received reporting a one vehicle accident with injuries in the Mission Canyon area; caller was transporting the injured person to the hospital by personal vehicle; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
11:33 a.m. Female reported a violation of a No Contact Order; Undersheriff handled the call.
11:54 a.m. Male reported an altercation with 2 other males on the caller’s property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
12:33 p.m. Transport Company reported an oversized load would be going through Phillips Co, eastbound on Hwy 2.
3:05 p.m. Deputy transported two adult males, John Trane & Gregory Macijunas, to Valley Co to serve time.
3:37 p.m. Female reported a violation of a protection order; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
4:13 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle in a residential area; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, was a roofer looking at a building.
4:28 p.m. Deputy and Matron transported one adult female from Valley Co Detention to meet with a Blaine Co Deputy and transfer custody to him.
5:06 p.m. Female reported a young deer in the downtown area; local Fish & Game Warden responded to the call; deer not located.
5:24 p.m. Male requested PCSO assistance with a male calling the reporting party incessantly; Deputy handled the call.
5:41 p.m. Blaine Co Deputy reported a disabled vehicle west of Malta on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; occupant had called a local towing company and they responded to the location with fuel for the vehicle.
6:55 p.m. Deputy gave a verbal warning to a female who had been driving with an expired driver’s license.
10:09 p.m. Female reported a barking dog; dog later put in the residence by the owners.
10:10 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for suicide attempt in the Hays area; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
10:54 p.m. 911 received reporting juveniles in a construction site in a residential area; Deputy responded to the call; no one located at the site and nothing appeared out of place or damaged.

9:35 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew handled the call.
9:58 a.m. MHP Dispatch received a report of an erratic vehicle, eastbound towards Phillips Co, on Hwy 2; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.
11:19 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving tenants; Undersheriff handled the call.
4:18 p.m. Several 911s received reporting an altercation between 3 individuals at a local residence; Sheriff, Undersheriff and Deputies responded to the call; suspect had left the location in a vehicle headed south; vehicle later located by Deputies near the Blaine Co line; case file started.
5:46 p.m. Deputies transported one adult male, Shade Stiles, to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on Partner/Family Member Assault x2, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Privacy in Communication charges.
8:36 p.m. Male reported individuals moving cattle on Hwy 191 south and the caller almost hit them; Deputy responded to the call; cattle found to be in a pasture.
9:50 p.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle driving around the hospital; Deputy handled the call.
10:37 p.m. Female reported a neighbor’s garage light had been left on and no lights on in the residence; Deputy handled the call.
11:22 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.

9:35 a.m. Female reported a previously reported stolen vehicle from another state was in the Phillips Co area; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
10:55 a.m. One adult male, Cameron Watson, released from Valley Co Detention Center on own recognizance; male later re-incarcerated in Valley Co Detention on anther Theft warrant.
1:15 p.m. Female reported Defamation of Character by another female in the Malta area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
1:57 p.m. Male reported a neighbor had shot the caller’s dog and drug it off with a 4-wheeler; Deputy handled the call.
2:09 p.m. Male reported a theft of a vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
3:36 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory until 415pm for southeastern Phillips Co; 40mph gusts are possible.
3:38 p.m. 911 received reporting an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.
4:15 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory until 515pm for east central Phillips Co; 40mph gusts are possible.
4:57 p.m. Female reported a porcupine in her lilac bushes; ACO handled the call.
5:11 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory until 6pm for northeastern Phillips Co; 40mph gusts are possible.
5:25 p.m. Female filed a written complaint about speeding vehicles and not stopping at a stop sign on a residential street; Deputy handled the call.
10:12 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
11:22 p.m. Deputy reported a vehicle squealing its tires in the downtown area; vehicle later pursued into a residential area and lost contact.

2:45 a.m. Deputy visited with an individual walking close to the roadway and dressed in all black, advising it was not a good idea at this time of the night; individual went on his way.
3:51 a.m. Fire Weather Watch in effect from Friday morning until Friday evening for northern Phillips Co, the Little Rockies area and the CMR area.
5:08 a.m. Deputy received a report of a male trying to start a fight with another male; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
7:54 a.m. Female reported a neighbor’s dog barking; Deputy handled the call.
9:35 a.m. Female reported a vehicle passing a semi truck had almost caused an accident with the caller; westbound on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.
12:07 p.m. Female reported a lightning started fire on Plum Ridge Road in south Phillips Co; South Malta Fire and BLM Fire Crew responded to the call; fire later controlled and monitored by the BLM Fire Crew.
1:10 p.m. Truck driver turned in a found backpack from the Glasgow Rest Stop area.
2:27 p.m. Fire Weather Watch remains in effect for northern Phillips Co, the Little Rockies area and the CMR area on Friday.
6:04 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible accident on Hwy 191 south near the DY Junction; Deputy, local MHP Trooper, Malta & Roy Ambulance and local Fire Dept responded to the call; emergency responders later canceled as the vehicle left the location.
7:58 p.m. Female reported a possible DUI leaving a business’ parking lot; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle located later in the evening and was parked; driver spoken to and advised.
8:49 p.m. 911 received reporting smelling smoke west of Dodson; caller advised no reported controlled burns or fires in the area; smoke may be blowing in from the Glacier Park fires.
9:06 p.m. Male reported a found Shetland pony in his hay field; owner later located and removed the pony.
August 14, 2015
12:52 a.m. Deputy reported a vehicle pursuit on Central Ave into a residential/business area of Malta; vehicle later stopped; case file started.
1:06 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Jeremy Costin, to PCSO to be incarcerated on DUI, Reckless Driving and Fleeing/Eluding a Peace Officer charges.
3:37 a.m. Red Flag Warning in effect from 11am to 9pm today for most of Phillips Co.
6:17 a.m. Male reported individuals shooting high powered rifles in the Camp Creek campground area; information passed onto local BLM Ranger.
8:13 a.m. One adult male, Jeremy Costin, released from PCSO Jail on bond.
10:29 a.m. Red Flag Warning now in effect until 9pm for Phillips Co.
11:16 a.m. Male reported 3 vehicles traveling in excess of the speed limit on Hwy 2, westbound from Valley Co; Deputy responded to the call; vehicles located and were going the speed limit.
2:07 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 245pm for central, southwest and southeast Phillips Co; 50-55mph gusts are possible.
2:53 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 345pm for Phillips Co; 50-55mph gusts and frequent lightning are possible.
3:56 p.m. 911 received reporting a fire off Hwy 191 south of the KRM; caller had put it out with some water; local resident responded to the location and put more water on it; information passed onto Deputy.
5:13 p.m. Male reported a train blocking the Frontage Road crossing for an extended amount of time; information passed onto BNSF Police.
6:21 p.m. Male reported he could not find a family member; Deputy responded to the call; juvenile later located and found to be okay.
8:24 p.m. 911 received reporting individuals trespassing in property in the Zortman area; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.
8:44 p.m. Deputy reported a vehicle/deer accident east of Malta on Hwy 2; local MHP Trooper handled the call.
9:06 p.m. Female reported hitting a deer near the canal bridge on Hwy 191, just outside of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.
9:07 p.m. 911 and calls received reporting a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191 south, near Zortman; no injuries to the occupants, vehicle was disabled; local MHP Trooper responded to the location.
9:38 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation she believed was going to start near the City Landfill; Deputies responded to the location; no individuals located in the area.
9:46 p.m. Male reported a missing dog.
9:52 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible DUI on Hwy 2, westbound towards Malta; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle later located and stopped; case file started.
