Bingo is played every Friday at 1 p.m.

2nd Generation Concert

8-12. On Wednesday, August 12, 2nd Generation will be live in concert at the Malta Assembly of God Church at 7 p.m.

PCMS

8-13. The Phillips County Motor Sports will have a meeting, Thursday, August 13, at Stretch’s Casino beginning at 6 p.m. Interested persons are invited to attend.

MT Veteran Affairs

8-13. On Thursday, August 13, Judy or Steve, service officers for Montana Veteran Affairs, will be in their new location at Malta City Hall from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. If you would like to apply for benefits with the VA please come at the appointed time and bring a copy of your discharge/separation (DD214) papers with you. Walleyes Meeting

8-13. Malta Walleyes Unlimited will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, August 13 at 7 p.m. at Stretch’s.

PC Library Book Discussion

8-13. The Book Discussion Group will meet on Thursday, August 13, to visit about the book A Bride Goes West by Nannie Alderson.

Mustang Foundation Dinner

8-15. The Mustang Foundation Fundraising Dinner will be on Saturday, August 15 starting at 6 p.m. at the Tin Cup. Tickets are available from Board Members or by calling 658-2212.

Malta Kiwanis

8-18. Malta Kiwanis will meet Tuesday, August 18 at 6 p.m. at Westside Cafe. We continue to support many local youth activities. New members always welcome.

Retired Teachers Luncheon

8-18. First day of school NOT!!! Retired teachers will have a no host lunch at the GN Lodge. Come join the fun on Tuesday, August 18 at noon. Enjoy your meal because you DON'T have any more lunch duty.

PC Fair Board

8-18. On Tuesday, August 18, the PC Fair Board will meet at Stretch’s at 7 p.m.

Malta Book Sale

8-18 -20. The Fall Scholastic Book Fair will be held at Malta Elementary on Tuesday, August 18 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. during the MES Open House and then on Wednesday, August 19 from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. and ends on Thursday, August 20 from 8 a.m. until noon.

Albertsons Picnic

8-19. On Wednesday, August 19, Albertsons will be holding their 15th Annual Community Picnic at Stockman Terrace from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sign up for Door Prizes, free meal provided.
