Apology for Fair Grounds appearance

Dear Phillips County Residents,

Hello to everyone. I just wanted to tell all of you that I have worked really hard over the years to make the Phillips County Fairgrounds and surrounding areas look nice during fair time. But this year, as you drive through Dodson – near the middle entrance to the fairgrounds right in front of the Hi-way Bar which is near the Gran bins – there is a pile of branches.

I was ordered not to mow or touch that area due to the owner’s request. I do apologize for that area looking the way it does.
