Links celebrate 50th

Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Link celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary Saturday, July 11, 2015, at a party hosted by their children and granddaughters at the GN Lodge Room. Lonnie and Linda (Schenck) were married July 1, 1965 in Eatonville, WA. Linda grew up in Graham, WA. They have lived in Malta, Lonnie's hometown, all except a little over four years of the 50 years of their marriage. They have a son, Lonnie 'Lane' Link, and daughter, Leanne Pfeifer, and two granddaughters, Danielle and Amber Pfeifer, all of Billings. A wonderful time was had by friends and relatives from far and near.

Lonnie was State Farm Insurance Agent in Malta for 35 years, and very active in the Chamber of Commerce including past president, and Healthcare Foundation, chairman for 17 years, and is a member of the Airport Board. Linda worked for the Phillips County News for 25+ years, was part owner of the Fashion Carousel in the 1990s, and has had the Wagner mail route since 1979.
