'The Oasis' at the PC Fair to benefit HLRC

Dear Editor and Philips County Fair- goers and residents,

We plan to support the 100 year Fair by honoring some of the eldest members of our community with a special spot for them to see all of their friends and relatives to reminisce about past good times and make present memories. The spot is called “The Oasis” and will be ideally located at the fairgrounds, across from the restrooms, the historical building, and upwind from the barns. It will sport a few luxuries that are not always readily available at the fair such as comfortable chairs, shade, complimentary ice water, fans, clean play pe...
