Kameron was born April 5th, 2000, to Daniel Lee Martin and Angela Marie Oliver. He came to live with his grandparents, Paul and Twilla Johannesen, when he was 3 years old. He was raised at the family farm with his three aunts, Lizz, Dee Dee, and Briana, as well as his Uncle Ben but was soon seen as the little brother in the family. He started Kindergarten in Malta and was there until 7th grade. During the spring of 2015, Kameron transferred to school in Turner and was excited to participate in the 8th grade certification. He was involved in 4-H for five years and received multiple awards in horsemanship. He also participated in football and wrestling. Kameron's recent accomplishments in Track and Field were something he was very proud to tell people about.
Kameron loved life on the farm. He enjoyed working with the animals, helping the guys with farm work, and treasured the time he had with his family. Kameron had a special way with kids that few people could match. Being the oldest of his many cousins, he was protective and watchful; always making sure everyone was taken care of.
Kameron was a bright, active, and ambitious young man, but was also an "old soul". You could always count on Kameron to ask about your day or work, and he genuinely cared about your response.
Survivors include his grandmother Twilla Johannesen of Loring, MT; father Daniel (Jessica) Martin of Tehachapi, CA; siblings Riley and Jacob Martin; mother Angela Oliver of Glasgow, MT; siblings Nikayla, Ty, and Isabella Lemieux; grandmother Lori Six-Jacobs (Dale) of Glasgow, MT; great grandparents Josie Shaw, Iver Johannesen, Don and Sharron Six; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Paul Johannesen.
