Headline: Saco Editor says reservoir motorboats scare off fish

We join with hundreds of others who went fishing at Nelson Reservoir Sunday and had to eat bacon for supper, in feeling bad because we didn't have a motorboat, a super-outfit that would run away from others.

It is known that the big fish eat the little fish and that the big-bigger fish eat the big fish. Now when a motorboat cuts loose, the big fish imagine a whale is after them and duck to cover and the guy with the fishing pole is down at the mouth.

Last Sunday, a dozen or so new shiny motorboats cut their fancy capers right where the boys were trying to catch fish ; had to have an audience of course to see their monkey shines.
