Loring News for week of June 3, 2015

Sympathy is extended to the Arabelle McMullen family. All nine kids made it home to say farewell. Many north country folks were in town for the funeral.

Barbara Cowan and Dixie Stordahl traveled to Havre to get Barbara's new glasses! They are a beautiful maroon color!

Bob and Kathleen Lumsden spent last weekend with Pete and Carol Lumsden. Also Mike Briggs was up from Billings and they went gopher hunting!

Most ranchers are finishing up their brandings now.The calves look good!

Dixie Stordahl had dinner with Anjelica FourStar on Saturday.

Kourtney and Keira Simonson are on their senior trip...a cruise to three ports in Mexico! I'm sure they are enjoying the scenery!

Dixie Stordahl watched the LRBR at the pavilion on Tuesday. Keira and Judy Simonson ran the barrels, as did Buck Nelson, Carli Olsen and surprise for me, Cindy Cowan!

I am liking these last sunsets and early sunrises!

Dave and Cindy Clark enjoyed the Fort Peck Theater on Sunday. It was Patsy Cline and Cindy said it is a must see!

Loring Lutheran Church will hold services on June 14 at 11 a.m. with Orvin Solberg delivering the message.
