Mustangs long relay takes sixth in 2015 State B Track Meet

The Malta Mustangs faced tough competition at the 2015 State B Track Meet in Kalispell last Friday and Saturday, tying for twenty-fifth place.

The long relay team was the recipient of the team’s lone point scored at the meet, taking sixth place with a time of 3:33.12. The team consisted of Ostin Welch, Jase Galt, Tyson Carney and Allen Wlliamson

Tyson Carney took tenth place in javelin after leaving a mark at 156.-03, which is also a new personal best.

Jace Bishop placed tenth in javelin posting a throw of 155-08.

Welch took nineteenth place in the 200 with a time of 25.53.

Jase Galt took nineteenth in the triple jump after clearing a length of 38-08.

Williamson took twenty-first place in the 100 dash with a time of 12.46.
