Loring News for week of April 22, 2015

The Malta/Whitewater/Saco/ Hinsdale Prom was held on Saturday in Malta. Carol Lumsden, Paula Morrison, Gale Simonson, Heather Simonson and Beau, Judy Simonson and Buckshot Nelson and Dixie Stordahl were among the spectators at the Grand March. The ladies looked spectacular and the gents were smashingly handsome!

Heather Simonson hosted Loring Woman’s Club on Wednesday. We talked about the card party, the picnic which is coming up in June and the Anthony move.

This next Sunday Chad Wisher will be delivering the Bible message at the Loring Hall at 2:00.

Dixie Stordahl took the Junior High students to Glasgow for the Academic Olympics on Wednesday.

It is amazing how every day I see something else that shouts “Spring” to me! I saw a couple of huge eggs that were hatched by a nest, the special wild flowers that I pick for my mother, the tractors making rows and rows of furrows in the fields, and the number of baby animals: calves, lambs, fouls, and water birds of all sorts!
