March 25 continued

9:02 p.m. Female reported a noninjury, one vehicle rollover on Rocky Point Road; caller had left the scene to report it; Deputy and MHP Trooper responded to the location; case file started.

9:30 p.m. Deputies performed security checks on businesses and buildings in the Saco area.

10:15 p.m. Deputy performed security checks on buildings in the Dodson area.

March 26, 2015

11:03 a.m. A transport company reported an oversized load would be going through Phillips Co today on Hwy 2.

12:24 p.m. 911 received reporting an erratic semi truck and trailer, on Hwy 191 south, heading south; information passed onto Fergus Co SO.

12:30 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Great Falls; local EMT Crew handled the call.

1:34 p.m. Female reported suspicious activity around the horse corrals in Trafton Park; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

1:39 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile and harassment; Sheriff handled the call.

3:15 p.m. Female reported seeing smoke east of Malta; caller advised of two controlled burns in the area.

4:34 p.m. Female reported juveniles unrestrained in a vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle was not at the reported location and nowhere in the downtown area.

4:47 p.m. Male reported a lost cell phone.

5:36 p.m. Female reported suspicious activity in the Pavilion area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicles and individuals not located.

6:19 p.m. Female reported another female with a local warrant in a convenience store; Deputy responded to the location; one adult female, Megan Martin, transported to PCSO to be incarcerated on a local warrant.

7:53 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call.

9:42 p.m. Deputy assisted local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop on Hwy 2, east of Malta.

11:35 p.m. Female, Megan Martin, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

March 27, 2015

3:00 a.m. High Wind Watch in effect from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening for southwestern Phillips Co.

2:40p.m. Deputy assisted local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop on Hwy 2, east of Malta.

2:48 p.m. High Wind Watch remains in effect from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening for southwestern Phillips Co.

2:52 p.m. Local convenience store reported a fuel driveoff; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later located and situation taken of.

3:04 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon Saturday until 4am Sunday.

3:12 p.m. Male, Jaymz Shippen, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

4:35 p.m. Reserve Deputy removed tree branches from Central Ave.

7:30 p.m. Male reported juveniles “messing with horses” down in Trafton Park; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

March 28, 2015

3:34 p.m. High Wind Warning in effect from noon today to 9pm this evening for southwest Phillips Co.

9:25 p.m. Male reported a missing dog.

11:52 p.m. Female reported a possible fire in a pellet stove in Dodson; Deputy responded to the call; female later reported fire was out and no Fire Dept needed.

2:14 p.m. Off-duty Deputy reported a vehicle trailer had blown over in Fergus Co near Grass Range; information passed onto Fergus Co SO.

5:30 p.m. Male reported being hit by paintballs in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

March 29, 2015

12:04 p.m. Female reported a vehicle driving slowly down her alley; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be quiet in the area.

12:14 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

3:54 p.m. Male reported “two intoxicated males walking and being loud” on a residential street; Deputy responded to the call; no individuals located in the reported area.

10:49 p.m. Female reported a vehicle had lost a road grader and were blocking traffic on Hwy 2 in Malta; Undersheriff and MHP Trooper responded to the call; grader later removed from the location and traffic resumed.

11:33 p.m. 911 received reporting a dog in a vehicle without any windows open; Undersheriff responded to the call; owners located and dog taken care of.

3:30 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a passenger having a seizure on Amtrak; Undersheriff and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

March 30, 2015

11:13 p.m. Anonymous reported dogs barking incessantly.

11:47 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew handled the call.

11:52 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; 2nd EMT Crew handled the call.

12:21 p.m. Male reported hearing gun shots and saw a male walking dogs in the Saco area; Undersheriff handled the call.

3:17 p.m. Male reported a dog barking in the Hillcrest area; Undersheriff responded to the call; owners located and dogs taken care of.

4:12 p.m. Sheriff reported hay on a street; information passed onto City employee.

11:41 p.m. Male reported being assaulted by a family member; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

March 31, 2015

12:01 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Dane Dvorshak, in PCSO Jail to serve time on a Bozeman PD warrant.

2:32 p.m. Female requested extra patrol in the downtown area.

7:34 p.m. Female reported a disabled vehicle on Hwy 2; Undersheriff handled the call.

9:14 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 6pm tonight until 6pm Thursday.

11:11 p.m. Female reported a dog running loose near a business; ACO handled the call.

11:25 p.m. Female reported a dog running loose on the playground; ACO handled the call.

1:32 p.m. Male reported a “steel rod” had been put in the middle of a county road, south of Malta; caller concerned as it is a hazard; Reserve Deputy handled the call.

4:56 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a cell phone; Deputy handled the call.

9:30 p.m. Male, Dane Dvorshak, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

April 1, 2015

2:27 p.m. Male brought in found luggage; owner later located and luggage returned.

3:07 p.m. Male reported two missing children; Sheriff, Deputy, local MHP Trooper and Border Patrol Agent responded to the call; children later located in Trafton Park, were okay and were taken back to their parents.

4:19 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance to meet a personal vehicle transport, of a male who was bucked off a horse, on Hwy 191 south; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

4:51 p.m. Female reported a Federal Jury Duty scam; Deputy handled the call.

6:40 p.m. Male, Aminiasi Tatafu, incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

8:40 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

April 2, 2015

10:05 p.m. Female reported damage to her vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:20 p.m. Female reported “a kid” on a dirt bike on a residential street; Deputy responded to the call; no dirt bike located in the area.

2:12 p.m. Male reported a scam.

3:17 p.m. Male reported finding missing livestock previously reported as missing but was also missing some other livestock; Deputy handled the call.

7:02 p.m. Local Fish & Game Warden reported a vehicle fire, that was now extinguished and all occupants were out of the vehicle, had just occurred out by the Bureau of Reclamation Park at Nelson Reservoir.

7:42 p.m. Female reported a broken window at her residence; Deputy handled the call.

April 3, 2015

1:09 p.m. Deputy reported a red light flashing near a City Station; information passed onto City employee.

10:00 p.m. Female reported a missing set of keys.

12:15 p.m. Male reported a neighbor’s dog running loose; information passed onto ACO.

2:20 p.m. Deputy reported a possibly abandoned vehicle on Hwy 2, just east of Malta.

April 2 continued

3:36 p.m. MHP Dispatch received a report of a vehicle driving in excess of the speed limit, east bound on Hwy 2, from Blaine Co; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

5:16 p.m. Male, Aminiasi Tatafu, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

5:35 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance for an “incident” in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call.

6:41 p.m. BNSF Police requested PCSO assistance with a “rifle range” near the railroad tracks east of Malta; Deputy handled the call.

7:07 p.m. MHP-Missoula served a local warrant on one adult female, Yvette Boe.

7:13 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance in Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

7:19 p.m. Male reported suspicious activity near his residence; Deputy handled the call.
