Please remember to file a new burn permit for the 2015 year. If you plan on doing any burning in 2015, please file one BEFORE you start to burn. These permits are good for all of 2015 and you only have to file one a year, not every time you burn. All 2014 permits will no longer be valid after December 31, 2014. Thank you!

10:21 p.m. Local tavern reported individuals had been kicked out of the business and one individual may have a weapon; Deputies and local MHP Trooper responded to the location; case file started.
10:42 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Evan Beston, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Assault and Disorderly Conduct charges.
March 21, 2015
3:48 a.m. Local Ambulance reported an individual walking on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, male was just “walking to cool off”; Deputy gave individual a ride back to a residence in Malta.
9:00 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PC Courthouse for the EMS Class.
9:00 a.m. Male reported a vehicle speeding by a residence on a gravel road; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and advised to slow down.
11:00 a.m. Male reported a lost wallet; male later reported he found it.
5:35 p.m. Female reported missing keys.
7:17 p.m. Female reported a cut phone line; caller advised she needed to contact the phone company.
11:00 p.m. Deputy performed security checks on businesses and buildings in the Dodson area; also checked on individuals at the Dodson Prom.

11:09 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
11:29 a.m. Female reported kids on gocarts on residential streets; Deputy responded to the call; juveniles located and advised to stay off of the streets.
2:17 p.m. Female reported a situation involving a neighbor and a possible gun in the Dodson area; Undersheriff and Dodson Mayor handled the call.
2:33 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a female in the Dodson area; female located and found to be okay.
5:44 p.m. Anonymous reported a vehicle speeding every weekday on Hwy 191 north enroute to Whitewater; Undersheriff handled the call.
6:03 p.m. Male reported a speeding vehicle on Hwy 2, eastbound towards Malta; Deputy located the vehicle and driver cited.

12:50 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.
11:13 a.m. 911 received reporting a deceased male at a north Saco residence; Undersheriff and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.
11:37 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
2:19 p.m. Female reported a possible breakin to a building near Dodson; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
3:37 p.m. 911 received reporting a male having a possible heart attack; local EMT Crew responded to the call; caller later canceled the ambulance and transported male by personal vehicle to the hospital.
3:43 p.m. Male, Evan Beston, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

12:24 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

3:26 p.m. Sheriff incarcerated one adult male, Jaymz Shippen, to serve 72 hours on Probation Violation charges, as requested by an Adult Probation Officer.
4:08 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.
8:20 p.m. Male reported losing a license plate off of his vehicle; Deputy handled the call.
8:58 p.m. Female reported an incident that happened yesterday on Dodson School property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
9:13 p.m. Deputy performed security checks on buildings and businesses in the Saco area.

12:04 a.m. Male reported missing property and damage to his vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
1:43 a.m. Female reported a dog barking incessantly at a neighbor’s residence; Deputy responded to the location; all was quiet in the neighborhood.
2:19 a.m. 911 received reporting a theft of property from a vehicle in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
7:41 a.m. Male reported missing livestock along with previously reported property; Deputy handled the call; information added to existing case file.
7:49 p.m. Female reported almost hitting an individual on a gocart on a residential street; Deputy responded to the call; individual located and advised to stay off of the streets.
8:31 p.m. Deputy advised a semi-tractor of a taillight out on Hwy 2 east of Malta; driver advised to use a turning signal for the rest of his trip.
9:01 p.m. 911 received reporting someone banging on doors and walls outside of the caller’s house in Saco; Deputies responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

9:02 p.m. Female reported a noninjury, one vehicle rollover on Rocky Point Road; caller had left the scene to report it; Deputy and MHP Trooper responded to the location; case file started.
9:30 p.m. Deputies performed security checks on businesses and buildings in the Saco area.
10:15 p.m. Deputy performed security checks on buildings in the Dodson area.

11:03 a.m. A transport company reported an oversized load would be going through Phillips Co today on Hwy 2.
12:24 p.m. 911 received reporting an erratic semi truck and trailer, on Hwy 191 south, heading south; information passed onto Fergus Co SO.
12:30 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Great Falls; local EMT Crew handled the call.
1:34 p.m. Female reported suspicious activity around the horse corrals in Trafton Park; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.
1:39 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile and harassment; Sheriff handled the call.
3:15 p.m. Female reported seeing smoke east of Malta; caller advised of two controlled burns in the area.
4:34 p.m. Female reported juveniles unrestrained in a vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle was not at the reported location and nowhere in the downtown area.
4:47 p.m. Male reported a lost cell phone.
5:36 p.m. Female reported suspicious activity in the Pavilion area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicles and individuals not located.
6:19 p.m. Female reported another female with a local warrant in a convenience store; Deputy responded to the location; one adult female, Megan Martin, transported to PCSO to be incarcerated on a local warrant.
7:53 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call.
9:42 p.m. Deputy assisted local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop on Hwy 2, east of Malta.
11:35 p.m. Female, Megan Martin, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

3:00 a.m. High Wind Watch in effect from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening for southwestern Phillips Co.
2:40p.m. Deputy assisted local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop on Hwy 2, east of Malta.
2:48 p.m. High Wind Watch remains in effect from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening for southwestern Phillips Co.
2:52 p.m. Local convenience store reported a fuel driveoff; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later located and situation taken of.
3:04 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon Saturday until 4am Sunday.
3:12 p.m. Male, Jaymz Shippen, released from PCSO Jail on time served.
4:35 p.m. Reserve Deputy removed tree branches from Central Ave.
7:30 p.m. Male reported juveniles “messing with horses” down in Trafton Park; Deputy responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.
