Please remember to file a new burn permit for the 2015 year. If you plan on do-ing any burning in 2015, please file one BEFORE you start to burn. These permits are good for all of 2015 and you only have to file one a year, not every time you burn. All 2014 permits will no longer be valid after December 31, 2014. Thank you!

February 27, 2015

9:59 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with a verbal dispute between family members; Deputies responded to the 4th St west area; case file started.

10:18 p.m. Deputy transported one juvenile to PCSO to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault charges; juvenile later transported to Cascade Co Juvenile Detention Center.

10:18 p.m. Male reported receiving threats and was being followed around town the same individual who was threatening him; Deputy handled the call.

February 28, 2015

9:11 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the high school for the basketball tournament.

11:38 a.m. Male reported a computer scam.

1:34 p.m. OnStar transferred a call reporting an erratic vehicle, westbound on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located, driver found to be okay.

3:54 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a disabled vehicle on the reservation; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

6:03 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the high school for the basketball tournament.

8:18 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a family member; Deputy responded to the call; family member found to be fine.

10:27 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle near the weight station on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; no vehicles located in the area.

11:46 p.m. Male reported his vehicle had been “egged” while driving through Dodson on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the Dodson area; Deputy handled the call.

March 1, 2015

12:35 a.m. Male reported vehicles “rip-roaring around Saco”; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be quiet in the area.

1:30 a.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2; all found to be okay, just resting.

1:37 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the air-port, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

2:05 a.m. Deputy removed a dead deer off of Hwy 2.

2:14 a.m. Deputy assisted a motorist who had ran out of fuel on Hwy 2, close to a gas station.

9:07 a.m. 911 received reporting a verbal argument between two adult males in the Hillcrest area; Undersheriff responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

10:57 a.m. Blaine Co SO reported an individual in a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west of the Sleeping Buffalo turnoff; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle was moving when located.

10:59 a.m. Juvenile requested assistance with a family situation; Undersheriff handled the call.

11:05 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew responded to the call; request later changed to a flight crew pickup and transport from/to the airport.

2:49 p.m. Female reported dogs barking in the Hillcrest area; Undersheriff handled the call.

March 2, 2015

3:15 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 7pm this evening through noon Wednesday for most of Phillips Co.

3:28 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for an unknown medical problem at a local residence; caller later canceled the ambulance requested and transported the individual to the hospital by personal vehicle.

8:59 a.m. Local Fish & Game Warden reported an ATV had gone through the ice on Nelson Reservoir over the weekend; all individuals were okay; Undersheriff handled the call.

9:24 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the air-port, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

10:29 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the air-port, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

12:46 p.m. Local EMT Crew advised of a third flight crew transport from/to airport.

1:39 p.m. Undersheriff escorted one adult male, Garrett Olson, from JP Court to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve time on Obstruction of Justice charge.

1:40 p.m. Undersheriff escorted one adult male, Dakota Nelson, from JP Court to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Malicious Intimidation charges.

1:48 p.m. Male reported a dog running loose in the 7th Ave W neighborhood; information passed onto ACO.

2:21 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 7pm this evening until noon Wednesday for Phillips Co.

5:38 p.m. Female reported theft of a game camera; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

7:00 p.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle near his turn to his residence in the Greenacres area; Deputy responded to the call; owner located, vehicle had overheated and would remove it tonight or tomorrow am.

11:01 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle accident on the Matador Road in south Phillips Co; unknown injuries at this time; Deputy, local EMT Crew, Fire Dept and Ft Belknap LE responded to the call; case file started; MHP Trooper also responded to the location.

11:36 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible assault at a local residence; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be okay, verbal disagreement between two adults; female left the location and stayed at another residence; case file started.

March 3, 2015

1:26 a.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 191 south; all found to be okay, driver just stopped to rest.

3:13 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon Wednesday.

7:28 a.m. Male reported a burglary to a Dodson business; Undersheriff responded to the location; case file started.

2:09 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Garrett Olson, to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time on sentencing.

2:11 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon Wednesday.

2:40 p.m. BNSF Police requested law enforcement assistance with an “unruly passenger” on Amtrak; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the call; individual removed from the train without further incident.

3:03 p.m. One adult male given a one night stay at a local hotel through Ministerial Assistance.

3:09 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle near the football field; Undersheriff responded to the call; all found to be okay.

3:20 p.m. One adult male given a one night stay at a local hotel through Ministerial Assistance.

4:33 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2; all found to be okay, driver was just using a cell phone.

5:43 p.m. Male reported he wrecked his vehicle earlier in the day; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.

March 4, 2015

1:35 a.m. Deputy assisted with traffic control for an oversized load going through downtown Malta.

3:19 a.m. Deputy reported seeing an individual inside of a Dodson business; all found to be okay, just the owner.

3:28 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon today.

9:28 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory is canceled.

10:01 a.m. Local Border Patrol Agent reported a blind hitchhiker, eastbound, on Hwy 2; Undersheriff handled the call.

8:01 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on individuals near a local storage unit; all found to be okay.

8:17 p.m. Male reported a burglary to a Dodson business; Undersheriff responded to the location; information added to existing case file.

March 5, 2015

7:13 a.m. Local business reported a transient harassing workers and customers; Undersheriff responded to the call; male advised to wait in the depot until the train arrived.

9:45 a.m. MHP Dispatch received a complaint regarding an oversized load on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Undersheriff handled the call.

12:29 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint about livestock off of Old Hwy 2; information passed onto Deputies and Livestock Inspector.

12:45 p.m. Juvenile reported another juvenile driving without a license on Hwy 243 in Saco; information passed onto Deputies.

12:47 p.m. Male requested assistance with a tenant who left property when they moved out; Undersheriff handled the call.
