Sympathy to Bonnie McMullen and family on the loss of her sister Laura in Lewistown, Mt. Congratulations to both boys and girls basketball teams on winning divisional tournaments! Nashua should get a trophy for the way their game went. Though I will let sports writers handle logistics. The school gave a well attended pep rally for teams before they left. Whitewater Lutheran Church has Lenten Services Wednesdays. There will be soup and sandwich suppers at 5:30 p.m. and church at 6 p.m. The youth help lead the service. Whitewater Baptist Church now has Sunday morning services in Malta at the Business Center in suite 12. The business center is located across from the Malta city park. Sunday School is at 10:00 a.m. and church is at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. The Wishers still live in Whitewater and have Sunday evening services at 6:00 p.m. in Whitewater Lutheran Church. Then Wednesday evening church service at 7:00 p.m. again in the Lutheran Church. Boys and Girls Club meets Wednesday after school at Wisher’s home across from school. Everyone is welcome to all services. They say that Dallas and Ashley Green bought a motor home from Janet Brown, my sister. He drove it from Helena where it was located. Dixie (Dunbar) Moore and friends went to Las Vegas, Nevada. Hope they did not gamble too much. The Reichelts recently went to Las Vegas. They also visited Gene and Anita Brown, my nephew. Then they went on to Denver, Co. and visited grandchildren. On returning they almost ran into a semi truck as the snow and blizzard were so bad! Belated birthday wishes to all February birthdays including my Grandmother, Rhoda, in Canada. Take care.
