Please remember to file a new burn permit for the 2015 year. If you plan on doing any burning in 2015, please file one BEFORE you start to burn. These permits are good for all of 2015 and you only have to file one a year, not every time you burn. All 2014 permits will no longer be valid after December 31, 2014. Thank you!

12:56 a.m. Alarm company reported a fire alarm sounding at the PC Hospital; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, no fire dept needed, just a false alarm.
10:30 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a female in Flathead Co; information passed onto Flathead Co SO.
12:25 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Great Falls; local EMT Crew handled the call.
4:18 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew handled the call.
7:36 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a local male; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the location; male found to be okay.

8:03 a.m. Saco Ambulance was out for training in the Saco area.
10:17 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
12:06 p.m. 911 received reporting a fender/bender in the downtown area; Undersheriff responded to the location; case file started.
4:38 p.m. Deputy transported two adult females, Erica Sherman & Jen-nifer Castronuovo, from Valley Co Detention back to PCSO for District Court appearance tomorrow.
4:43 p.m. Reserve Deputies transported 3 adult males, Robert Bear III, Travis Plouffe and Ryan Broadbrooks, from Valley Co Detention back to PCSO for District Court appearance tomorrow.
9:32 p.m. Female reported a suspicious plane in the north Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; no planes located in the area.
January 12, 2015
11:32 a.m. Female reported a Hit & Run to her vehicle; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.
2:03 p.m. Two adult females, Erica Sherman & Jennifer Castronuovo, released from PCSO Jail on own recognizance; Deputies transported both females to the local BP Office to retrieve their seized vehicle.
3:42 p.m. Deputy transported two adult males, Robert Bear III and Ryan Broadbrooks, from PCSO back to Valley Co Detention Center; Ryan Broadbrooks custody is being transferred to Dept of Corrections.
4:44 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up a patient at the hospital and transport them to the airport to meet the flight crew; local EMT Crew handled the call.
5:27 p.m. Male reported a vehicle with flashers on, on Hwy 2 west of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; male had run out of fuel and was waiting for his help to arrive.
5:39 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a local female; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be okay at the residence.
5:57 p.m. Male reported he hit a deer on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.
6:40 p.m. Male, Travis Plouffe, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.
6:43 p.m. 911 received reporting a two vehicle accident, no injuries to the occupants, in Saco; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.

10:26 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a possible heart attack north of Nelson Reservoir; patient transported by personal vehicle to meet the ambulance; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.
12:18 p.m. Female reported a crossing arm malfunction at the Stine’s crossing; information passed onto BNSF Police.
12:28 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
2:34 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.
3:15 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a disabled semi truck and trailer near the Sleeping Buffalo rock; all found to be okay, just waiting for help to arrive.
4:22 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a vehicle parked on their property; Undersheriff handled the call.
7:21 p.m. 911s received requesting an ambulance at a local restaurant, for a female having a possible stroke; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.
8:19 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the airport to pickup the flight crew, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient.
9:28 p.m. Local hotel requested assistance with a vehicle circling the parking lot; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be okay, individual was looking for a friend’s room.

8:43 a.m. Local business reported a stray cat near their building; information passed onto ACO.
11:41 a.m. Male reported a disabled semi truck blocking the eastbound driving lane near the weigh station and they were trying to repair it; local MHP Trooper responded to the location; lane of traffic later cleared.
7:22 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving juveniles and an ex-spouse; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:42 a.m. Male reported a reckless driver in the Saco area; Deputy re-sponded to the call; vehicle located and was driving fine and not speeding.
11:52 a.m. Female reported dogs running loose in the Hillcrest area again; information passed onto ACO.
12:09 p.m. Female reported a possible phone scam involving Meals on Wheels;
Deputy handled the call.
1:41 p.m. Female reported a possible phone scam; Sheriff handled the call.
Please remember if you receive a suspicious phone call from anyone, DO NOT GIVE OUT any information. Ask them for a call back phone number or just hang up.

7:05 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a very sick elderly female; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.
11:00 a.m. Male reported an issue with snow removal by his neighbor; Deputy responded to the location; situation taken care of without further incident.
5:13 p.m. Male reported a phone scam involving Sirius radio.
8:37 p.m. Deputy closed an open trunk on a vehicle with no one around.

9:25 a.m. Local MHP Trooper requested PCSO assistance on a traffic stop, east of Malta; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.
9:47 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, John Bailey, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Driving While Suspended charges; male later re-leased on bond paid.
3:00 p.m. Female reported a possible break-in to a building; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
5:45 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible assault at a residence in the Whitewater area; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.
10:17 p.m. Male reported a suspicious light near the Saco cemetery; Deputy responded to the call; no lights located in the reported area.
January 18, 2015
10:20 a.m. Male reported finding property previously reported as missing.
2:07 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a tenant; Undersheriff handled the call.
3:02 p.m. Female reported an injured deer near her buildings; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.
5:56 p.m. Male reported a vehicle/deer accident, no injuries to the occupants; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.
7:24 p.m. Female reported a vehicle in the ditch, west of Malta; Deputy responded to the location; no one was around the vehicle, has a flat tire and was not a road hazard.
January 19, 2015
8:31 a.m. Female reported a juvenile playing on the ice near open water on the Milk River; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay and juvenile removed from the area.
12:25 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle alongside of Hwy 2, west of Malta; all found to be okay, just waiting for help to arrive.
1:16 p.m. Local business reported a disabled vehicle in the middle of the street in the downtown area; vehicle removed shortly after the call.

1:03 a.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle near the old hospital; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and no one around the area.
6:27 p.m. Female reported a phone scam involving Publisher’s Clearing House.
9:56 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with an animal trap situation; Deputy handled the call.
January 21, 2015
7:27 a.m. 911 recevied reporting a panel gate on Hwy 2, just across the Valley/Phillips Co line; individual removed the gate from the area.
8:48 a.m. Male reported a vehicle driving erratically on Hwy 2, west-bound near the airport; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and all was okay, tire had blown out.
10:00 a.m. A transport company reported they would be taking two oversized loads through Phillips Co today and tomorrow; information passed onto Deputies.
11:02 a.m. Male reported a vehicle speeding on Hwy 2, eastbound from Dodson; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and was not speeding.
11:40 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a male sending unwanted text messages; Deputy handled the call.
12:19 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call; request later canceled by the hospital.
1:34 p.m. Male reported damage to his vehicle from a wide load; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.
1:38 p.m. Male reported a personal vehicle transport to the hospital of an individual who fell off a bridge; information passed onto PC Hospital.
1:53 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
4:03 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.
11:07 p.m. Female reported an intoxicated female had just walked into her residence; Deputy responded to the call; female transported to the Ft Belknap line and then transported by Ft Belknap LE.
January 22, 2015
5:54 a.m. Female reported a vehicle in the middle of Hwy 191 south of Malta; driver had run out of fuel and refused assistance from the caller; Deputy responded to the call; female transported to Malta as she was a missing person from Spokane WA; female given a hotel room until family could arrive later in the day.
11:55 a.m. Male reported an abandoned vehicle on Hwy 191 south of Malta; caller advised all was okay, had run out of fuel and was being re-moved later in the day.
1:30 p.m. Several calls received reporting a horse stuck in a barbwire fence, off of Hwy 2, east of Malta; owner located and horse taken out of the wire.
2:06 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with getting property back from another individual; Deputy handled the call.
3:02 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on a possibly suicidal juvenile in the
Malta area; Sheriff and Deputies responded to the call; juvenile later located and transported to the hospital by personal vehicle; case file start-ed.
10:17 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a situation involving a juvenile at a local residence; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.
January 23, 2015
8:41 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew responded to the call.
11:54 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with an on-going parenting plan complaint; Deputy advised the caller it is being handled in the court system.
3:46 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle fire on Hwy 2, near the Phil-lips/Blaine Co line; Deputies, local Fire Dept and MHP Trooper responded to the call; fire dept later canceled as fire was out; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.
6:11 p.m. Male reported a hit and run to a vehicle in the MHS parking lot; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
