One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for January 7, 2015

Old man winter and bitter cold is paying another visit, reminding us that we are having winter in Montana! Thanks that we do not have some of the deep snow that is being dumped on other parts of Montana.

Wink and Terri Cole visited Fort Polk, Louisiana, visiting their son Zack and wife Sarah for Christmas. While there they were witnesses when Zack and Sarah had their marriage blessed and they toured the different offerings of the area. They experienced some problems with the weather during the trip down when they had to stay over in Houston and on the way back when they had to stay in Denver. Zack and Sarah took them out to dinner on the 26th, Terri’s birthday. They arrived home on the 29th, after waiting for their luggage in Billings.

On Friday Wink and Terri were in Malta to watch their grandson play basketball.

Ryan and Lindsay Lankford had their son, Clyde Jerry, baptized in Dodson on Sunday. They also hosted a buffet breakfast for everyone after in the church social room.

Edward and Polly Solberg joined some of the other relatives at Tim and Vivian Bruckner’s for Christmas.

Bill Henry came and got his mom, Dora Henry, to stay several days in Havre over Christmas. They also attended church in Big Sandy on Sunday where Marilyn was lay-pastor.

Grandson Justin Henry visited with Dora Henry on his way to Havre from Williston on Friday.

Birthday Greetings being sent to all from January 1 are Cathy Bear, Polly Solberg, Francine Stiffarm, Ava Welch and Robert Bear.

Write it on your heart that every day is the best day of the year! And Bless every day of 2015 for all of you!
