Sheriff's Office accepting bids for weapons from evidence inventory until December 19

The Phillips County Sheriff’s Office is releasing weapons for sale from its evidence inventory pursuant to Court Order. These weapons are offered for SEALED BID to holders of Federal Firearm Licenses (FFL.)

The weapons will be offered as ONE LOT and the winning bid will receive all the weapons. The weapons will be available for viewing on Thursday, December 18, 2014, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Sealed bids will be accepted on the lot of weapons until 5 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2014. Sealed bids may be mailed to the Sheriff’s Office at PO Box 1090, Malta MT 59538, or may be delivered by hand to the Sheriff’s Office.

The winning bid owner will be contacted on Monday, December 22, 2014, to make arrangements for pickup and payment of the bid.
