Musical acts announced for 100th Phillips County Fair

The music acts for the 2015 Phillips County Fair were announced this week and include the “Texas Tornado” Casey Donahew Band opening for multiplatinum Country Music Star Clay Walker as the fair’s headliner. The concert is slated for July 31.
