November 28, 14

11:31 p.m. Female reported a possible house party with juveniles in the Saco area; Deputies responded to the location; no juveniles were located at the residence.

3:29 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 5pm; Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 5pm today until 11am Sunday; both for most of Phillips Co.

11:41 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm; Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 5pm today until 11am Sunday; both for all of Phillips Co.

2:14 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5pm; Wind Chill Advisory in effect from 5pm today until 11am Sunday; both for all of Phillips Co.

2:19 p.m. Female reported finding a dog in the Dodson area.

4:59 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am Sunday; Winter Weather Advisory is canceled.

8:47 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am Sunday.

November 30, 14

1:01 a.m. Male reported a vehicle speeding around Dodson with loud pipes; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle matching description not located and all was quiet in the area.

2:56 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11am today.

9:43 a.m. Wind Chill Advisory is canceled for all of Phillips Co except northern Phillips, Advisory remains in effect until 5pm.

3:18 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an elderly male who wouldn’t stop shaking; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

4:53 p.m. Wind Chill Advisory is canceled for northern Phillips Co.

December 1, 14

2:18 a.m. Male reported a dead deer on Hwy 2, west of Wagner; Reserve Deputy responded to the call and removed the deer from the Hwy.

9:50 a.m. Female reported an adult male who has warrants was possibly at the Cedarview Apts; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the location; male was not located.

December 2, 14

2:07 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a local male who was possibly suicidal; Deputy responded to the call; male located and found to be okay.

2:36 a.m. Male requested assistance at his residence; he had fallen and wasn’t sure if he needed an ambulance; Deputy responded to the location; male had a small cut on his face and was okay, no ambulance needed.

2:58 a.m. Above male requested an ambulance for the cut on his face; local EMT Crew responded to the residence; male was given medical treatment and not transported to the hospital.

11:25 a.m. Female reported a possible identity theft by a family member; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

12:50 p.m. Female reported damage to a window on a business in the downtown area; Undersheriff handled the call.

2:13 p.m. 911 received reporting a machinery fire north of Saco; Saco Fire Dept responded to the call; fire later controlled and extinguished.

4:43 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Havre; local EMT Crew handled the call.

December 3, 14

7:43 a.m. Female reported damage to a fence behind a local business; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

7:49 a.m. 911 received reporting an injured deer on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Deputy responded to the location and humanely euthanized the deer.

3:01 p.m. Female reported receiving information about break-ins to cabins at Nelson Reservoir; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.

5:12 p.m. Deputy reported receiving a verbal complaint from a female reporting another female harassing her; second female located and advised.

December 4, 14

8:55 a.m. Male reported an IRS scam.

We have been receiving calls reporting telephone calls with people asking for personal information, bank account information and needing to send money to relatives. These phone calls are scams, if it seems suspicious DO NOT GIVE any information to the call. Ask for a call back phone number and call them back to see if it is who they are claiming to be.

Another form of a phone scam is individuals claiming to be from the IRS. The IRS does not contact people via telephone. This is a scam.

11:16 a.m. MHP Dispatch requested assistance with locating an owner of a vehicle involved in a fender/bender in another county; local phone number given.

4:09 p.m. Male reported an abandoned vehicle near Nelson Reservoir; caller advised had been reported already.

4:42 p.m. Undersheriff and Deputies arrested one adult male on a local warrant for Burglary-Felony and Criminal Mischief charges; male, Travis Plouffe, was later transported to Valley Co Detention Center.

December 5, 14

11:50 a.m. Valley Co SO advised they were getting reports of a wide load traveling on Hwy 191 south causing vehicles to “veer into the ditch”; information passed onto local MHP Trooper.

12:58 p.m. MT Fish, Wildlife and Parks employee reported stolen animal traps off of Hwy 191 north; Deputy handled the call; case file started.
