Presidio Brass brings "Sounds of Cinema" to Malta

Music lovers have the opportunity to enjoy the Northeast Arts Network’s season line – up. The Presidio Brass will continue the series, performing in the Malta High School Auditorium – Monday, November 10, at 7 p.m.

Since forming in 2006, Presidio Brass has rocketed to success as the face of a bold new generation in brass entertainment. By combining a brass quintet, piano and percussion instruments with fresh, original arrangements, their unique sound has become a trademark for the ensemble from San Diego, California, captivating audiences the world over.

Through their hit touring show of Hollywood’s greatest hits, “Sounds of the Cinema,” these five young men present film music with a good deal of wit and humor. They have also performed and provided educational outreach in over 40 states and at major universities and colleges.
